April in Review
I'm starting to slow down a bit now that Spring is here. There's just so many outside things to do. Still, I was able to get a lot of projects done in
I wrapped up a couple of projects form the stitching retreat I went to at the end of March:
Then I started one of the projects from the stash I brought in during the event - not that I didn't have other stuff to finish ;-):
The April edition of the Quaker Squares was next on the agenda:
My dog club has an agility event each year and gives out stitched awards to the breed winners. I was tapped into service for a few of those:
My favorite finish of the month was the Puppy Dog Row project I've been meaning to work on for a while:
Finally, I whipped out a little project with some left over supplies:
I also finished a baby sampler for some friends of mine, but I don't want to post the picture until they've received it. I'm hoping to finish it as a pillow this weekend.
I've got a few WIPs that I'm actively working on. I should be able to finish the Kitty Cat Row tonight. I just need to pick up a bit of floss I ran out of:
I'm also back to working on DH's X-mas stocking:
I've got a couple other little ones that are floating in and out as I'm in the mood. I'm looking forward to the Stitching Olympics so I can use it as an excuse to get back onto the St Petersburg Châtelaine project.
Stitch on!
