HAED sale...
I couldn't pass it up. After drooling over it for two nights in a row, I gave in & purchased Earth, Fire, Air & Water - Chart Pack from HAED. It's four charts, on sale at $33.75. ^^*

Just opened the PDF & discovered it is 94 pages long! Oh goodness. I guess I really didn't know what I was getting myself into!

Obviously actually buying the fabric & floss for this is going to have to wait, maybe until after my college graduation in 2011 at this rate. I'd like to finish "Always Together" first, & maybe get another page or two done on "Fire & Ice" before embarking on another giant project (or in this case, four).

But I absolutely couldn't resist adding this to my stash. <3

& speaking of "Always Together," I plan on posting a progress picture by the weekend. I've already put a week's worth of effort into it, & the center page is about half done!

They're gorgeous, but wow - 94 pages!
I once ordered a chart online, and it was sent to me as a bundle of 12 or so printout pages. Not what I was expecting, either, but it's still in my 'to do' pile (albeit a long way down!)

Every time I get my Country Designs catalogue, I look at the 'Day Surrendering into Night' chart, which I think is by HaED too, and I wonder if it would be presented the same way.

It was a HAED design for a while, by Shelia Wolk. But her work no longer seems to be carried on their site, though you can find via Google if you look. :) It probably would be a multi-page chart.

Each piece in the four-pack I bought is represented over 20 pages, though the last three or four of each are small bits, a couple rows deep. When completed, they shall be 12"x16" on 25ct. evenweave. ^^*

I'm very much looking forward to these gorgeous pieces, though I feel I might have gotten in over my head. Haha.

12 x 16" doesn't sound /too/ huge - I was fearing that, with so many pages, that chart I bought would end up making a design that would take up an entire wall to hang!
I haven't tried stitching on evenweave yet.
