Nifty Color Table
I decided to give designing my own pattern a spin. I have a subject and I have a computer, but I have no chart generating software. And I'm not keen on buying any for my maiden voyage into the unknown. I do have plenty of image processing software, but then one needs a DMC to RGB conversion chart. Today I hit paydirt: http://www.csh.rit.edu/~vance/pages/color.html.

I had to smile when I saw that it was at RIT. But then I'm not too suprised considering its a school focussing on imagery and color.

Hey! I see you're in Central NY! My boyfriend's family lives in Groton (Near Cortland)... are you near there and is there a stitching shop in that area? We are going to visit them in a few weeks.

It's not entirely complete - it's missing Ecru and some of the newer colors (I know there's some in the 150's and some in the 3800's.) But other than that, it rocks. :)

True - it looks like it doesn't have 2002 added colors.

Most excellent! The only drawback of PCStitch is that it makes a lot of the simple RGB pics really complicated if you don't really play with them. (*cough*Potterpuffs!*cough*) This will help immensely.
