New Stuff
Yesterday afternoon, I got this urge to crochet. Unfortunately, when I went to get my yarn and hooks, I remembered that a couple of months back I couldn't find my crochet hook case and my hooks. However, while searching, I did find the little tub I keep them in, but - sadly - it only contained a CD (very strange, I know!).

As a way to deal with my cravings, I went over to Wal*Mart and replaced all my hooks. When I got home, I got it into my head to make my own case. I've wanted to for some time, but figured since I already had one . . . *shrug*

Well, last night, when my husband and I were watching Music & Lyrics (really cute movie, btw), I dug in my yarn stash, found the perfect yarn, and then found a lovely pattern in the internet.

I admit, the picture didn't come out as wonderful as I hoped. Luckily, I was able to do some doctoring in Photoshop. The colours are a beautiful mango, a pinky-read, and a rich green.



Honestly, I wasn't paying too much attention when I did some stitching inside, so the pocket doesn't look as wonderful as the rest. Oh well! It's for my use, and it doesn't bother me. It still functions! ^_~

BTW, it is based off this pattern. It's fairly easy. However, I did add the pinky-red border; the pattern didn't call for it.
