The cashier informed me, they found a crate after renovating their store. It had a long lost shipment. There was 12. I was buying the 3rd one left.

I started making Hikyo Bancho (Gay Batman)'s Hardo Gay costume. I started with a papier maché mask.

LOLLLL I had another one of my night terrors/nightmares again.

I woke up with a start and by the time I was fully awake, I was STANDING ON MY BED, at the opposite corner, trying desperately to hide in the corner where the wall and wardrobe at the foot of my bed meet. It was insane, I had the coveres pulled up to my chin and I was FREAKED. OUT. My heart was pounding 10000000 BPM, it took me 5 minutes to calm down. It can't have been a real night terror because I remember it, I remeMber being scared of something dark crawling along the floor towards my bed (it could have been my cat, emlan was amused at the idea of Szok coming towards me to snuggle and me losing it), but it was irrational fear. Already as I was lunging towards the other end of my bed I knew there was nothing there but I couldn't stop and the terror was so real, it's like my mind was saying "IT'S OK" but my instincts were screaming "DANGER!!!".

I never shake, but when I lay down to try to fall back asleep my hands were flying all over the place LOL

I LOVE MY LIFE.

Also I wanna dress up as Hikyo Bancho for Halloween BUT I'm pretty sure the costume would cost a fortune to complete. Especially the mask, the hat and hardo gay cut-off jacket. BUT. I will think about it. Maybe... papier-mache mask? The hat could be bought or borrowed maybe.... the jacket I could get at a second-hand shop and cut it off... black pants I should have.

Nobody would recognize me, but I could just say I'm dressed as... some. Porn fantasy.

Speaking of gaming, here's Faith of the upcoming Mirror's Edge:

Mirror's Edge is about the people employed to get raw, uncensored information from one place to another, since the government controls pretty much everything that isn't a human on two feet. Faith is one of these 'runners', though she has a overused cliche origin story(parents killed in protests, she grew up on the street, now trying to save her sister who's been kidnapped, etc), the actual take on what the government and the people define as 'good and utopian' is very blurred and scary in that it closely resembles the truth, in that many people would probably love to live in a place with zero crime, theft, forgery, everyone is educated, healthy and prosperous, but only because the government literally controls all these aspects. The game is also really neat, there is no HUI, no health bars, none of that shit. Everything is visual. Your health = how colourful the world is, the more desaturated, the worse off you are. Also interesting is that it's a co-op between the US and Sweden, it's not Japanese at all. I feel proud for us westerners.
They're coming out with a PC version so I might even be able to play it!

Ahhh, it's nice being into gaming... to keep up with things that update daily that aren't politics. It's nice.

So. I emailed my boss to ask for a reference letter and he emailed me back saying "sure, btw I just fired my secretary and the next one isn't coming before next Wednesday, wanna comme in and substitute for a week or two?"

So. I said yes. I regretted it until I came in this morning. I have a whole office to myself, it's nice and clean, quiet (eerily so, actually), my boss is away on vacation for a week. This is more like a fun game than actual work! I got all my shit done super fast but the quiet made me lose track of time and I left around 1pm.

The new logistics director is so anal, lol. I got a key for the secretary's office, but I left early so I asked him what I should do and he was all "There are special security bags to put the keys in that you leave with the guards, I'd rather not take the key personally, and I can't find any of the security bags", so I'm all "Uh, I guess I could take the key with me this once, and we can look for the bags tomorrow?" and he goes "uhhhh... if you want to lose the key, go ahead. You'll just have to pay for reinstalling the entire security system, do you know how much that costs?" And he makes these lame jokes, I go "I'm here temporarily until next week" and he laughs and makes this retarded joke: "Oh, are you going on maternity leave after that? HOHOHOHOH" and I'm like.. what the Christ. Before leaving I told him "Well I agreed with the boss that I can leave when I finish all my work" and he looks and me with this sarcastic smile on his face and goes "did you?" and I'm all... uh, yea. He's also totally obsessed, he like, gives everybody extra work so everything is tip top shape lolol

Answer:
okay after 9/11, Bush and his "the economy is strawng" lowered bank lending interest. Bankers thought "oh my god, sell this as loans before they hike the rates again!" and that's what they did. The people that got loaned to, there's no way they would eventually have paid those loans off when the rates went back up, but they didn't care. They still had people buy them. Their mentality was "okay well, this might not make us money, but if we put out a metric shit ton of loans, it'll add up and it'll be fine!"
So then later, the banks took these loans, packaged them up as "bonds", and sold them to investors who thought the people will for sure pay back the loans(they bribed loan rating people to rate them AAA, meaning, these loanees will absolutely assuredly pay it off. Yeah, no). So that the people paying off the loans would technically be paying these investors. This way, it was totally off of their shoulders, and if the loanees didn't pay, it was their fault totally and the banks couldn't be blamed, after all, the investors BOUGHT the bonds!
Where is all this money gonna go now? You may have already heard of "AIG-RS (AIG Retirement Services)" and "Wells Fargo" and "Washington Mutual" and "Bear Stearns" and "Lehman Brothers". These were the investors buying these bonds, and who are getting fucked in the ass for buying supposedly reliable bonds. The people under these places, teachers and engineers and normal people, who bought the bonds through them, put their whole retirement funds and stuff on these so-called AAA bonds. Where's the money when they are retiring? It's gone.
So now, the US government is allowing these teachers and engineers and places to sell these fakeass loans to a group "Fannie Mae", who, as of right now, owns more than half of every fucking loan in the united goddamn states.
So right now, these places are on their knees begging for trillions, so they can replace all this money that doesn't exist. That's what you're hearing for "having to literally print money". What happens when you print loads and loads of money? the money doesn't seem valuable anymore.
The asshole CEOs get to float off in their yachts with a multi-million dollar severance package at the taxpayer's expense. We're just waiting to see if the Treasurer of the US can keep this shit afloat.

Sound familiar? This is what crashed the market in the 30s, on October 29th 1929, this 'omg sell' attitude. But don't worry yet. This trillion dollar thing is bullshit, but it might just save everybody. What's going to happen to the citizens of the US? If you have a loan you can't pay atm, you're fucked.
