Cloud as Lemon Meringue Pie
Vincent as Black Forest Gateau
Zack as a can of Whipped Cream
Tseng as Tiramisu
Genesis as Red Velvet Cake
Angeal as of course, Angel Food cake
(or Sephiroth if you are being sarcastic)
Reno as Cherries Jubilee (espec flambee'd)

Lazard would be a perfectly frosted marble cake. (like this one) Status quo on the outside, unpredictable and surprising on the inside.

Rufus ShinRa - crème brûlée (let's face it, that bastard is never easy, but fuck it, he's worth it) or barfi (you ain't seen nothing until you've spent almost two hours constantly stirring a bucket of boiling milk until enough water evaporated to turn it into jelly, and yet you have a distinct feeling he'd claim it's too dry)
