Take The Challenge, If You Dare...

Welcome to the Crime Drama LIMS! For anyone who doesn't know, LIMS stands for Last Icon Maker Standing. Each round, people vote for the icon of least quality, voting icon makers off until only one is left standing.

In this community, the general theme is Crime Dramas. This could mean shows such as the CSI's, Criminal Minds, Numb3rs, NCIS, Law and Order, even 24 or Alias.

Please read the info below. If you still have a question, feel free to ask it here.

General Info:
Each challenge will feature a show (for example the first one will be CSI: Miami). Within each challenge, each round will have either a theme/prompt (such as 'Criminal' or 'Warmth') or restriction (such as 'no brushes'). For each of these rounds, I will provide four pictures for your use. Three will be of characters/actors from the show, the fourth will be random. This means it could be ANYTHING! A character from a completely unrelated show, an inanimate object, 'scenery' from an episode, etc.

Winners will be awarded a pretty banner to show off. Think you can last? Be sure to sign up!

Rules:
1. In order to participate, you must first join and friend the community. You may then sign up, here

2. When sign ups are closed, I will post the first round. You will be given four pictures and a theme/prompt/restriction. You may only use these pictures for your icon. You can use only one, or all four if you so desire (or somewhere inbetween). You will also be given a due date (three or four days). Your icon MUST be in by this time, or you will be disqualified. Submit your icon by replying to the post. These posts will be screened, so I am the only one who will see them.

3. Once I have gathered all the icons, I will post them for voting. You will vote for the three icons of LEAST quality, with a valid reason. The icons with the most votes will be eliminated. You will also vote for the icon of the best quality, comments optional. Voting is not manditory for participation, but highly encouraged. More specific rules will be posted with the voting.

4. Please keep in mind that this competition is anonymous. DO NOT post your icon anywhere else until voting is over! If I see it somewhere, you will be disqualified.

5. At the end of each round, I will close the voting a post the following: The eliminated iconists, people's choice icon, mod's choice icon. The next day, we start agian.

6. If you sign up for this challenge, you must submit an icon for each round. However, because I know real life can get in the way, each participant will be allowed one free pass. If you choose to use this pass, you must let me know by leaving a comment PRIOR to the voting. If I do not recieve an icon, and I do not hear from you, you will be disqualified.

7. When signing up, please include the word "apple" in your post, so that I know you've read the rules!
