Welcome to Creative Simmers, a Sims 2 Graphics Contest community!

( ABOUT )
A new contest will be posted each week. There will be a theme, such as "black & white," as well as requirements for the type of graphic(s) you should submit, such as "icon," "colourbar," or "banner." The submissions will be posted and voted on, and the winner will receive a cute little banner to display all around the LJ and Sims worlds.

( SUBMISSION RULES )
(1) All images used in your graphic(s) must be yours. Members using others' Sim-images will be disqualified. (2) Do not tag your submission(s) with a username. (3) Do not get your friends to vote for you. (4) Submission(s) must be new for the contest. No recycled graphics, please. (Feel free to make graphics out of previous graphics, if you have to, though.) That also means that graphics cannot be "advertised" (or used) anywhere until after the contest is over; otherwise, it is considered "recycled." (5) Please host your images on a decently reliable site such as TinyPic or Photobucket, and do not delete them, as they will not be re-hosted. Broken images (such as ImageShack high-bandwidth usage images) will not be posted. (6) Additional rules pertaining to each contest may/will be posted in the entry.

( VOTING RULES )
(1) Vote for your favourite submission. (2) Do not vote for yourself. If you truly don't like any of the submissions more than your own, you can opt not to vote. (3) Do not vote tactically (voting for bad icons, creating fake voting-journals, voting from multiple journals, etc.). (4) You do not have to have participated in the submissions to participate in the voting. (5) Since it is possible to identify the maker by the sims/landscaping/houses in the graphic, or by the graphic's URL, do not vote based on the maker.

( WINNING )
There will be up to five winners per contest - First, Second, Third, Mod's Choice, & Special Category (changes with each contest; may not always be included; S.C. is chosen prior to submissions post, and is not based on entries). It is possible for the same graphic to win in three categories, and it is possible for the same maker to win multiple categories with seperate graphics.
