1. Open your base, crop, resize and so on.
You may have to duplicate your base and set it to screen if it's to dark.




2. Make a new selective color layer.

Reds
-92, 0, +100, +1




3. Create another selective color layer.

Yellows
+100, 0, 0, +3




4. And again a selective color layer.

Reds
+16, 0, 0, +4
Yellows
+20, 0, 0, -21




5. Create a channel mixer layer.

output channel: red
source channels: red +96




6. Make a color balance layer.

Midtones (preserve luminosity checked)
-13, 0, 0




7. Another selective color layer.

Reds
0, 0, +42, 0




8. And again a selective color layer. The last one, I promise.

Whites
0, 0, 0, +100
Neutrals
0, 0, 0, -1
Blacks
0, 0, 0, +15




9. Create a new layer, set it to exclusion and fill it with #2a0a0a.




10. Make a brightness/contrast layer and set contrast to +8.




11. Now a curves layer.

RGB
Input: 148 Output: 173
Input: 70  Output: 92




12. Make another brightness/contrast and set brightness to +2.




13. Now I added a font ( Walkway Black )  and dropped a shadow.
