This was written for the 30 Days of Neville challenge at [info]xnevillelovingx. And wow, has it really been that long since I posted a fanfic?! o_O In fact, the very last time was for this exact same challenge, almost a year ago. LOL.

Anyway, like last year, I went for a Neville/Hannah approach. Ever since I remembered that Hannah had broken down in Herbology in her 5th year from stress due to the upcoming OWL examinations, this little plot bunny came to mind that involved Neville. It seemed a perfect opportunity for them to interact, even if we have no canon evidence that they even spoke to each other at all. I actually only wrote this in a couple of hours *blush* so forgive me if it’s horrible! I haven’t written a fanfic in a while as I said above. I don’t think this one is anywhere near as good as the challenge fic I wrote last year.

Again, I go unbeta-ed.

First of all, this was written for the 30 Days of Neville challenge at [info]xnevillelovingx.

This is set one year after the end of Deathly Hallows, when many of the students return to complete their schooling (like Hermione). It’s probably a bit AU because I’ve taken a bit of liberties as to what Neville did during that year (it’s canon that he moonlighted as an Auror, helping Kingsley Shacklebolt in capturing Death Eaters), but I would have liked to think that Neville might have gone back to finish his schooling, as well.

Oh, and this is unbeta-ed, so I can only blame myself if there is anything wrong with it :P

Emmett/Rosalie :: prompt table @ [info]twilightprompts
Yep, I caved in. I wasn't originally going to do it, but I've decided to make this claim at the new community, [info]twilightprompts. And Emmett and Rosalie aren't even my favourite characters, and I've never even written for the Twilight universe before LMAO. But I'm getting ideas, so. That's good, right?

So, I began writing The Meaning of Flowers (a story for [info]hanshi_woaini) and ended up writing a scene that I decided to cut completely out of the current fic, but at the time I saved it just in case I needed to put it back in. Well, after revising it I decided it could be considered an alternate ending to the fic, which would have made the story only just over 1,000 words. I cut it because it seemed too short and incomplete at the time, and I had so many other ideas swarming in my head.

So, best you read the original story first, and then this scene or it probably won't make a lot of sense.

So, I joined [info]potterwishes last Christmas and [info]hanshi_woaini asked for a "Neville/Me" fic, so I offered to write her one. Subsequently, I didn't end up finishing it for her in time for Christmas, but considering she thought it was only going to be 500 words and it's over 3,000, then I guess it was worth the wait. :P

Anyway, this a Neville/OC story, set in their 6th year at Hogwarts. It's quite fluffy, so beware haha. There is also an alternate ending which would have made the whole fic just over 1,000 words I think. You'll easily be able to tell where I eliminated it from.

So, this is for [info]hanshi_woaini. I hope you enjoy it! :)
