| About: |  Hi. This is Revé ( ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} reve119).This year [2006] was really tough for me, mentally. I had been struggling with mental issues for years, but this year things really came to a head in such a horrible way. The sole purpose of this journal is to help me keep track (daily) of the psychological and not-so-psychological things that affect my mental state of mind. Sometimes I think I'm getting better when I'm really just channeling my problems into a different arena. This will help me to keep track of my depression, hallucinations, fits of rage, sleep patterns, avolition, general emotions, and anything else that I think is affecting me mentally. Edit 12/14/07: It has been over a year since I made this journal. I just got home from the hospital a few days ago. I feel more motivated to update this journal because I'm curious how it would have helped me. If only I wasn't so low on energy and high on apathy. I'm now going to use this journal for the above reasons, to keep track of my symptoms, and watch my side effects, and post links and general notes about my mental health recovery with Schizoaffective Disorder, Bipolar Type. Now anyone can join this journal, but it's moderated. Everyone can comment, but only I can post. | ||
