I too have some new art to share :)

Fanart for k_haldane's fic "Pears"

Illustration for wolfie_sara's answer of one of the Friday Five questions.
It went like this:

[One] of Holmes' disguises that didn't fool anyone.

-Mary. In a bridal dress. At the church. On Watson’s wedding day. After Watson
had sighed, sent the altar server to untie and un-gag the real Mary (and bring
her down from the bell tower), hauled his six-foot-two potential bride into the
vestry and demanded in a hiss to know exactly what the hell he thought he was
doing, Holmes’ lip wobbled and he muttered something about “just wanting to know
how it would feel…”.

Poor Holmes is in an amourous mood but Watson is all consentrated on sensational news. :(

	Yes, I color them with watercolors :D I pretty much suck at computer coloring so I prefer the traditional techniques. I had a plan for a story of the teacher being an accomplished art forger, but that would have made the comic too complicated I think :) (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Amorous Holmes is pricless (I think Watson's just playing hard to get). The 1000-Cigar-Ashes-Monograph-as-sedative is priceless! Holmes in wedding attires is ... pricless! Holmes in the altogether is ... pant BRILLIANT! I think his sardonic expression is prompted as much by Watson's leering as it is by thoughts of apprehending the villain! Just lovely, ladies! Just fantastic. You know I adore your colour rendering and how the shades complement and run into one another, but the black-and-white block shading works very nicely indeed.

I've said it before, but I'll say it again...the man wears that wedding dress horrifyingly well. And the whole thing is even better than I ever pictured it. :-D

As for the life drawing...*Guh*! To the power of ten. Sultry little devil. ;-)

	Shadings? What shadings? LOL! xDD I usually don't think very logically when I draw or color, I just go by feel (and it shows I think :D) I think I like the black and white ones just like that too. 	The wedding one is making me sob like a baby. (But in a good way. :P) Aww, Holmes' monograph put Watson to sleep! I used to read my dad's articles to fall asleep as a kid so, man, I've been there, Watson. :P And who can blame Watson for being unable to resist Holmes as a nude model? Lovely work, all!
