I am sharing a fic I wrote ages ago, that I had left half-finished, and for some odd reason, I only just found the inspiration to finish it. I hope to write more Holmes/Watson slash but I have several fandoms so it's challenging to find the time to devote to all of them. Nevertheless, there's a soft spot in my heart for Holmes/Watson, as they were my first slash pairing, before I even knew that it is called 'slash.'
I hope you enjoy my modest contribution to this genre.

"That is highly disturbing," I said. So were his petticoats.
And that should tell you everything you need to know.
And upon my waking up with this bizarre phrase in my mind, this demanded to be written, and posted, and that makes me feel slightly better because I didn't really want my first H/W ever posted to be the Beeton Off prompt, because that's starting to get long and imposing and why did I pick that prompt, of all of them.
Actually, on second thought, it may have said "my petticoats" and not "his."

Has anybody here read Rohase Piercy's My Dearest Holmes? I'm wondering if it's worth spending money on, especially considering there's such lovely Holmes/Watson fanfic available for free. I've looked at the Amazon.com reviews (all two of them) and I've used the "look inside this book" feature (which let me view the first five pages), but I'd really appreciate the thoughts of people who've read it.
