Interesting as in I woke up without being overly tired and actually pretty alert. I took a 24hr. allergy tab before bed so that might have something to do with it. It doesn't keep me up at night so I may just start taking them before bed - seems to work better for me.
The heaters going and there is still a slight crispness to the air. Two of my walls make up the corner of the house. I lay there and think about the day before then I think about the day ahead...wonder what it will be like...mostly like the others with those little bits of unexpected tossed in.
I smile then get up for the morning routine. I made time for dry brushing and did a spot blowdrying of the hair then left.
I can't help smiling this morning and I don't know why. I don't have anything in particular that I'm contemplaiting and I have no specific designs for after work today...I just...can't help the soft smile on my lips...I feel like Mona Lisa.
So I will check back in later... XO Miss Kitty

And so begins th 25 straight days of metal, as I always do this time o' year. I'll mostly be listening to a lot of
this and even some of this. This time of th year is among my favorite time to just let th windows down*, smoke, drive and breathe in th metal. Tell me, livejournal, what music brings you into th season? *Winter in North Carolina consists of three or four inconsistent and varied days that are never consecutive (and rarely even cold) and always constitute atleast one county freaking th fuck out about a snow storm that never comes. Consequently, schools are closed and the collective IQ of the South slips just a few inches farther. A heavy frosting of ironic t-shirts usually follow.

So~
I haven't been around on the interwebs much. Sorry folks. T_T
Anyhow, quick update. As most of you have read from gossamerrain by now, we met Christian Camargo on Friday night after seeing him in All My Sons, and he was SO NICE. And I'm a major social spazz and didn't manage to say anything intelligible but... oh well. :\ It's okay, we might go again when the show's open open (it was really really good~) and then maybe I can manage to talk. XD Crippling shyness ftl.
Saturday evening was my brother's birthday party at Q-Zar. If I still had enough friends in the area, I'd totally have a birthday party there. Laser tag is sweet. XD Unfortunately, I don't have enough local friends anymore to do much of anything on my birthday. If I plan something, would anyone come? ^^;;;
And~ Dexter last night was crazy and awesome and wonderful. And we went to Halloween Adventure downtown to look for a wig for Vash at long, long last. Turns out I hate that store during October; it's awesome in the off season, when it's relatively empty... but this time of year all these normal people are there. XD
Anyhow. Class from 11-4, work from 5-10. So I'd better start getting ready. <3

deemason, the iPod lady, rang my doorbell the other day and recorded Healing. Such a lovely English accent! *melts* Of all my stories she picked the yuri one. I'm glad.
Hey 3_jane, is this the same person who recorded yours?
In other news, such a deal!

Hi Monday, let's get this over with, shall we?
( I was in a weird mood last night, so I started sketching tattoo ideas... )
YOU GUYS. TELL ME WHY I DON'T NEED TO OWN THE PLATINUM EDITION OF SLEEPING BEAUTY EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY HAVE IT ON DVD. Urgh. Favorite Disney movie EVER. You know what I wish? I wish someone would dramatize the original version of Little Mermaid. You know, the one where walking it excruciating and she dies at the end. That's probably already happened, huh? I wish I knew where to look.

WASHINGTON D.C.-Christopher A. Kringle, known as “Santa” to most of the world, is on trial in the Supreme Court. Our story begins in 2004, when hardened FBI veteran Frank Doyle, took a trip to the North Pole with his small daughter to see Santa. While visiting, Santa seemed very hospitable. According to Doyle, during the night, he heard strange snapping noises, and an occasional cry of pain. After snooping around in the morning, he discovered a secret door outside of Santa’s castle. In the middle of the night, he opened the door and went in. He was shocked at what he found. Inside was a large sweat shop, with “thousands of poor little elves” slaving away, wrapping, hammering, and, well, sweating. But the worst was that he saw Santa himself in a large booth above the elves. Reportedly, at one point, Santa halted the work and beat a small elf with a whip. Doyle said that there was “absolutely no ventilation whatsoever and the humidity was horrible”. Moving into the next room, Frank saw a pack line of elves chanting “Day-O, Day-O” while passing presents to no more that 550 sleighs. After this, he saw about 1,000 elves dawn Santa costumes and board the sleighs. The sleighs all had jet engines on them, and when they started, one of the sleigh’s engines exploded, and four elves were incinerated instantly. Part of the North Pole Invasion Force When Doyle returned to the U.S., he pushed for a full-on invasion of the North Pole. Finally, in 2007, it was approved. On thanksgiving weekend, Santa’s operation was halted and millions of elves liberated from multiple sweat shops and prison cells. Many people are worried about how Christmas will go this year. The Federal Government has been assuring the general population that Christmas will still go fine this year. Merry Christmas!

This week I went on a shopping spree and bought myself a number of delicious items (all of which I can safely say I will get full and extended use out of!) I'd say these images provide a fairly decent composite of Nick, the person.

Spinning by Jack's Mannequin |

My throat is burning. I think I'm becoming sick.
.# Moshmosh (READ THIS), could you send me the Conor Oberst pictures? I want to blog about the concert...but I really want the pictures first. =)
( Costume talk, Money talk & Facebook picture talk )
.# And btw. Yeah. I've finally received the Jack's Mannequin package. Yeah. Hmm... Okay, I'm kidding.
OMFGGGGGGGGG!
ANDREW MCMAHON,
I LOVE YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU! *dances spastically*
(Okay. That outburst was bound to happen)
I want to frame the poster. Damn it. I don't want to talk about it yet, because I (KNOW that I) will go on and on and on about it. Plus, I'm thinking about disecting each song because I'm weird like that. I want to get a feel for each song. There were some that I favoured over others, but (then again), my taste may change. I actually didn't like Everything In Transit when if first was released - mainly because it was so much different from SoCo. But now, I <3 the album. Heck, I'll love EVERY song written by Mr. Andrew McMahon.

Okay, so Kyo probably already knew this, but I didn't. I just learned that Mamoru Miyano not only does the voice for the super-sexy Zero on Vampire Knight (NEW SEASON STARTS TODAY!!!!! W00T!!), but he also does the voice for Tamaki Suou in Ouran High School Host Club!
*squees and flails*
I can't believe I didn't catch that.
Also, it's October. Which means Halloween is this month. Which means monster/scary/horror movie marathons all month long! W00t!
And last but not least, one of my favorite shounen ai comics Antique Bakery (which is awesome because one of the main characters is "a gay of demonic charms" *snerk*), has not only been made into a Japanese anime, a Dorama, and most recently Korean movie staring Waffle Guy from Coffee Prince that came out this month! Hopefully it'll be subbed soon!
*iz dead*
How will I tolerate such massive amounts of awesomeness all in one month? Tell me! Plus the dub for Ouran comes out on October 28. First 13 episodes with special features and bloopers. And if the dub sucks, I can always switch back to the original Japanese.
*Southern-belle accent* Please, someone catch my fall!

Silly pet-peeves:
When someone's name has an accent mark in it but people don't even try to insert it in their typing.
Like this kid at my job; his last name is Peña, but in all but one of the typed documents his name is spelled Pena. Very irritating! Because, technically, they're pronounced differently. Peña is pronounced Penya, while Pena is pronounced, well, as it looks, Pennah.
Another peeve is when people don't spell things out or correctly, even in texts. Some words bug me more than others. Worst offender: "Yea." When people type yea instead of yeah. They fail to realize they're two different words and that yea is pronounced yay. Another one that doesn't so much bug me as it confuses me is "Y." People type y instead of why to shorten it, but in Spanish there is a word "y," which means "and," so my brain thinks they're speaking Spanish and mean "and."
Can anyone say OCD maybe?

This is probably one of the bitchiest Bear LJ-community EVAH~!
http://community.livejournal.com/badbearprofiles/
Some are genuinely funny, but most are just bears bitching about NOTHING. Someone should make that. Bearish comedy show on Youtube about nothing, but make sure you hire NONE of these guys.
Yes, I am well aware of the hypocrisy in this post.

We are officially official!
Bloody-Disgusting Radio is getting so many hits around the US (and wherever) that we can now afford a official recording studio that allows call ins from listeners and celebs. That AND the recording equipment were using for Spooky Empire (Screamfest) is the shit! Check us out at our live recording from the convention at our booth!

I am so silly, I was watching futurama and it was the really sad one about Fry's dog and once again I broke into tears at the end montage where they show how the dog waited for Fry until he died and then froze. Yes I was bawling, like a baby. Still, it is one of the best episodes of futurama ever and I hope not to see it again for another 6 months, as Scrubs has also been running the sadder episodes lately as well, and I can only cry to one tv show a week. More then that and I might dehydrate.
