I just started watching Coupling earlier this year and loved it immediately. I've been watching it on Demand, so I don't get the episodes that fast--I really wanna change that. I am on season 2 right now and I've watched the first 4 eps so far.

My favorite characters are Jeff and Patrick. They get themselves in the funniest situations.

I also love Jane. I dunno if you guys have issues with new fans drawing paralells with Friends...but its so hard not to think of her as Phoebe, lol

Not sure what else to say...I just love this show. ^_^

Does anyone remember which episode it was that Jane talked about dressing up like God in a robe and beard and shouting, "I am the Lord your God, take me now"?

I've remembered that line for so long, but I can't remember exactly which episode it's from.

hey there... i started rewatching "Coupling" a few days back... it's so good to see it again...
and i fell instantly for Kate Isitt again... *giggle*

so i wanted to make some arts of her... but i need images...
well i have all the screencaps from all the seasons, but i'm looking for some photoshoots or events or anything else...
has anyone any idea where i can find some...? *puppy-eyes*

Hi, I'm new...and fairly new to Coupling. My name's Shoshana and I am OBSESSED, in the nicest way possible with Coupling. I actually have been working to revive the interest by introducing my friends to the programme, so far I've gotten two to come over to our side...working on another this afternoon.

I'm from New York and have been more of a Pirates fan than anything...my friend and I are trying to infiltrate a rp by making Coupling-like characters (Brits in Los Angeles if you can imagine that). So far we have Susan and Steve, we had to change last names so that people really wouldn't catch on too quickly. And we'd love to find someone to be the best friends and exes. Anyone interested?

New to Coupling

I watched all four seasons of Coupling for the first time this summer. I wrote up a mini-review of the series with my thoughts at my comm TV Rewind. Beware of spoilers :) Comments here or there would be great. I don't know enough people who've watched this show, so I've never engaged in a proper discussion!

The Sun is reporting that Steven Moffat will be the new showrunner for Doctor Who, at the beginning of Season Four. There's also potential Season Four casting news in that link, so read at your own risk. ;)

However, The Stage is reporting that Moffat wants to bring back Press Gang and that he's developing a new romantic comedy series for the BBC. So, who knows?

Digital Spy has an interview with Gina Bellman, which is mainly about Jekyll, but she also talks about Coupling and Moffat.

Also, I noticed in an interview with Stephen Moyer:
And he can't wait to move to LA and a lifestyle which sounds like all of his dreams come true.

"There's a bit of a British enclave," he says of the Californian city. "There's this Friday night expat community, it's very weird.

"You have Robbie Williams and all of his gang, and Damian Lewis is out there, and Jack Davenport."

ITV picks up a trio of US dramas:

ITV has picked up a trio of US dramas from the LA Screenings, two of which will air on ITV1.

The UK network is hoping they'll be the first break-out US hits for the flagship channel in several years.

Quirky Warner Brothers drama Pushing Daisies, starring Brookside's Anna Friel, and CBS Paramount's Swingtown, starring another Brit actor Jack Davenport, are both destined for ITV1, while CBS Paramount's Latino saga Cane is destined for the network's digital sisters.

Not sure if you guys have heard, but Sarah Alexander's going to be in Stardust, the movie based on Neil Gaiman's book of the same name. She'll be playing the role of Empusa. The movie is slated for release 10 August in the US and 19 October in the UK, according to IMDB.

I don't know what the character in Coronation St is called, because I don't tend to watch it except by accident, but is the girl who played Chrissie (as in "I've got the key to the gates of paradise - but I've got too many legs!") a regular in it now? Or is it just a similar looking actress?
