Welcome to Corsets and Canes, a community for those with a thing for historical clothing. If you have a fetish for historical clothing of any kind (corset-wise, we're not referring to the modern, cyber-effect PVC type varieties), then this is the place to drool over your passions; from top hats to tightlacing, bustles to breeches.
The Rules
♥ RESPECT. No fighting, flaming or otherwise attacking people, please.
♥ Although history is a difficult thing to define - time being the ever-moving thing it is - for this community's purposes, we'll use the common cut-off point of a minimum of fifty years prior to the present time.
♥ For the sake of members' friends pages, please place any lengthy texts or large pictures behind a cut. Same goes for any images with nudity, to protect those surfing at work from awkward conversations.
♥ Community promos are fine if they're on-topic, but please no ratings communities, fanfiction or roleplaying games. Don't join just to promote your community, either.
