correctjapanese community, this is a community were you can post your Japanese writings; native Japanese speakers may or may not correct them for you (they do this for free). The use of Kanji characters and Kana is recommended, but roma-ji is also allowed.
Posts that contain overt sexuality or acts of physical violence will likely be removed. This also applies to user avatars as well.
The emphasis of this community is that you can receive help from native Japanese speakers. Thus, if you are non-native, please refrain from trying to correct other people's work unless you have some good evidence to support your remark, such as excerpting from some authorized document, textbook, dictionary, or quoting exactly what your native teacher said. Or else, you will wind up embarrassing yourself.
Caveat: This community is not a "free translation service". Please do not ask for Japanese/English translation without providing your own translation (attempt).
Tips: Clarify the context as much as possible. The proper Japanese depends a great deal on the context. Native speakers will likely misunderstand you when sufficient context information is not provided.
