| About: | Hello, and welcome to Cor Sine Corde, known either as a haven of creativity or a complete madhouse, depending on who you ask. We won't have an official stance on the subject until after fandom decides what exactly is the physiology of a Nobody, so I wouldn't hold your breath, were I you. Cor Sine Corde is a Kingdom Hearts fan community centered around the original six members of Organization XIII. Why those six characters? Because they're fascinating, and we like our characters like we like our fellow fans: smart and at least a touch crazy. All kinds of fan activity is welcome here, including fanfiction, fanart, fanvids, discussion, and more or less anything else you can think of. That said, there are a few ground rules. We let each featured character formulate one. (Now aren't you glad we picked only six? Or do you want to find out what Larxene would come up with?) Xemnas's Rule: If you should choose to create a bulletin commonly known as a "post" to this community of nonexistent ones, it must feature at least one of us to a significant degree, for is that not the purpose of this gathering place? If you must, you are also permitted to write about that fool's apprentices, although I cannot fathom why you would wish to write about them rather than us. Xigbar's Rule: At least try to get along, y'know? It's one of those things I really shouldn't have to say. Trolls? Starting flamewars? Ad hominem attacks? Dude, no. That's just not cool. Xaldin's Rule: Post on-topic, meaning about us, or else the moderators will have to take...drastic action. Narcissistic? Not really. You have a journal that's all about you, after all. Vexen's Rule: This is how you create an lj-cut. This is a Frequently Asked Question for a reason. Put your fanfiction, images, and anything that comes close to filling the whole screen behind a cut. That way, I don't have to pay attention to it when I could be working. Lexaeus's Rule: We realize that not everyone can like every character equally, but this is not a place for character-bashing, including of characters not covered in this community. It's gauche to say the least. Zexion's Rule: For the sake of avoiding redundancy, if you have something to post that involves only one of us but is such a popular pairing that it has its own active community, please post it there instead. Overflowing people's friendslists with multiple-crossposting is simply deplorable. This isn't a rule, but attention to spelling and grammar is always appreciated, especially in fic. Feel free to advertise here for a beta if you need one. For posting fanwork, the following basic form is suggested (feel free to add more information; this is a minimum): Title: Author: Rating: Warnings: Summary: Please warn for and absolutely, postively LJ-cut for any NSFW content or anything likely to squick or trigger someone. Yes, I know we already said to cut everything, but if you forget every other time, please, for the love of gods and little fishes, put your NC-17 child abuse shotacon rapefic behind a cut.
