Erm, hello, everyone! This is my first post to any community, and I'm a new kid on the block just trying to get the hang of everything that is livejournal, so if I do anything wrong, I apologize in advance. I was just wandering about and found this community, and was finally grateful that people out there shared my love for KakaSasu :)

 This is for all of your assorted softcore KakaSasu ponderings. Any lighter ideas you've had, any small scenarios you've been dying to see. Ideas you're just curious to see whether anyone CAN pull off. Prompts containing just Kakashi, or prompts containing just Sasuke. Prompts that contain Kakashi and Sasuke but not necessarily KakaSasu. ANYTHING GOES serious, light hearted, crack and so on. As long as it's somehow related to them. (Though, plz refrain from prompts concerning any pairing that is not KakaSasu. I have to take a stand somewhere!) I know we all have a LOT of ideas containing these two, and they're not ALL porn, so...get to it! |

I know the deadline for the phobia challenge has already expired and this would really be the first entry for it, but I thought I would put one up anyway and a multi-chapter one at that.
I been wrote this, but I really didn't have a reason to put it up until now. It has some phobias in it (I'll put which ones as it comes by within the chapters).
Title: Control is Everything
Author: Flow-ez
Rating: R (for violence, language, and other reasons (It's inside the cut).
Genre: Mystery, drama, suspense, violence, physical and pyschological torture, etc.
Pairing: None, but the main characters are Kakashi and Sasuke with other Naruto characters
Summary: Sasuke is kidnap...along with some other kids...who must fight for their lives. Kakashi, a young detective, must solve the case before the perpetrator claims another victim...or victims.
AN: I'm a big "Criminal Minds" fan and a lot of the aspect of the story comes from the show, so expect a lot of investigator vibes and talk. Also, I'm making this into a game: Try to figure it out before the detectives do. I will give out the clues (when there are some) and I will give hints that will be within chapters. I'll explain more when we're further within the story.

Well, the Consequences Challenge is finished, and I'd like to thank everyone who participated. The more quality KakaSasu in the world, the better! Double thanks to you all for enjoying my meager offering (of which I am ashamed, since it was my suggestion in the first place) and giving me the opportunity to issue our next prompt.
In the interest of maintaining the system our wonderful mods have set up, I selected the most-voted suggestion at this post (that hasn't been used yet.) So our next challenge, thanks to flow_ez, is:
PHOBIAS
Think of all the interesting ways this can be answered! Will you give Kakashi a phobia? Sasuke? Someone else that they have to deal with? What phobia(s) will they have to deal with? There are so many to choose from! Homophobia? Heterophobia? Hellenologophobia? How did they get it? How could it have persisted despite their lifestyles?
Here are some resources on the subject:
The Phobia List: A comprehensive, indexed list of phobias. Use the find command to search for the specific type of fear you need for your plot!
Wiki Phobias Article: For those who want to explore the more technical side of the issue, including classical conditioning, treatments and non-specified types.
DSM-IV-TR: The official classification and diagnostic system of the American Psychological Association, which is frequently used in other countries, Japan included. This link will take you directly to the Anxiety Disorders section, where there are further links to the various kinds of phobic presentation.
DEADLINE: Midnight EST, JUNE 14th.
Entries will be judged via poll, which (I think this is the policy) will remain open for three days. If anyone needs more time, let the mods know. The winner gets a fanfic of at least 1000 words written to their specifications by me. Not much I know, but I've got no neat KakaSasu stuff to send you, and I can't draw...at all. The winner also gets to select our next challenge.
Remember that we need at least 3 entries for any challenge to be judged (The Rules), so everyone put your creative hats on, flex your fingers, and get to work!

O-oh hey. I'm sorry. This is nine days late. Well, we just did get the third submission... We all knooooow that I'm the only mod who ever makes posts, like totes, and I've been very stressed out with AP exams. But...here we go. I for one would like to see some fics that address the issue of 'getting caught' and I don't mean that in the "Haha, Naruto walks in on Kakashi boning Sasuke!" voyeur/exhibition smut!fic way. Though those are delicious and I would not say no to more of them.
No, I want to see a fic about consequences, about the judicial, moral, and political repercussions of an affair that crosses the bounds of teacher/student and adult/minor convention. It could be about the actual moment when they get found out, about the days after, or even about the far future with references to that part of their lives...I just want to see some exploration of the realistic and plausible reactions of Team Seven and the community in general. You know? This issue fascinates me. The key is to be IC.

OF COURSE that isn't the only possible way for you to interpret this challenge. "Consequences" can deal with a load of things and every and all ideas are equally welcomed. The possibilities are literally endless! There's... the consequence of being a ninja in general, the consequence of forgetting important documents laid out on your desk, the consequence of keeping pets, the consequence of watching TV soaps, the consequence of skipping dinner, the consequence of being a jerk, the consequence of drinking expired milk, the consequence of running late, the consequence of reading porn in public, the consequence of wearing shorts, the consequence of resuming a mission despite heavy injury, the consequence of moving into a new home, the consequence of sounds, the consequence of sleeping in the nude... Let your imagination run amok!
