consumer_voice is where you can voice your opinion about products and customer service at retail stores, restaurants, websites, the movies and just about anywhere else where you spend your hard-earned money. Anything goes! It's okay to rant, but I want to hear your positive experiences as well. Did someone provide excellent customer service? Let us know!
