| About: | This is a community for Conor Oberst icons, layouts, banners, etc. You can share or request or if you want you can show off your art.   1. If you're posting a large picture, please put it behind an lj cut. If you don't know how to do that, you can learn how to do so here. 2. No promoting communities here without permission, it's annoying. 3. This community is for Conor fans. Please only post icons showing a like for him and his bands. We will not tolerate hating. 4. And on that note, be polite. I hate rude people, and they will be banned.  Sunday one: Submission deadline, voting begins. New theme will be announced, you may begin submitting. Sunday two: Voting ends, winners posted. Theme will be announced, you may begin submitting. That leaves one week for submissions and one week for voting.  1. You have to be a member of the community to vote, anonymous votes will not be counted, comments will be screened. 2. When commenting with your vote, put the number of the icon of your choice in the subject line. 3. Only include one number. Posts with more than one number will not be counted.  1. Your submissions cannot be animated, and they must fit LJ's icon standards: 100x100 , 40kb or smaller, gif/jpg/png formats only. 2. You must be a member of the community to enter, however all entries are screened for anonymous voting, so do not post or use your icon anywhere until the contest is over. 3. You can only use the image given to you. No blending of images, please. However, brushes, borders, text, color, etc., are allowed unless otherwise stated in a specific challenge. 4. Your entry must be original. You are not allowed to use a base that someone else has cropped. Nor are you allowed to use an icon that you've made previous to the challenge. 5. You may submit one icon for each image posted in the challenge. (So if there are three images given, you may submit three icons). 6. If you would like to use any of the icons posted for the contest, please get the creator's permission first, and follow any additional rules they may have for crediting.
