More pissed off-ness...
OK, listen up. Viagra is used to help a medical condition. That’s why it’s covered. Birth control is not a medical condition. It is a choice. Why should I or anybody else have to pay for other people’s choices? Do I have to buy you dinner before you use the birth control?
Bill O'Reilly... you can just go fuck yourself. And you too, McCain.
Using the "choice" logic here, if birth control is a "choice" to take, then so is fucking VIAGRA! Men don't HAVE to take Viagra! If anything, the only reason an old man would take Viagra is so he can bone the money hungry teeny bopper twat who only wants him for his money anyway*!
So! By this logic, if Viagra's a "choice" that's covered under insurance, then wouldn't it be fair to cover birth control, as well? I think so.
In short, either cover both of them or neither of them.
O'Reilly and McCain can still go fuck themselves. Hell, let em fuck each other.

| Leading groups and doing alright |

Both yesterday and today I lead group. I didn't have much time to prepare for either one but still think they went well. In fact when I got in this morning Nancy the counselor said she heard I lead an awesome group last night.
Yesterday was the Intensive Out Patient Group (IOG) with 8 people and while I normally just observe Lolitta was feeling sick so I offered to take the lead. I broke the group into teams of 2 and told them we were working on recovery through the arts and assigned each team an art form to use to express recovery. There was drawing, poetry, song writing and a skit. The project was first met with groans and moans but as they got started they were having fun. We then presented what they came up with and I was really impressed. Good Group!
Today Nancy wasnt feeling to well and she gave me the choice of to lead or not to lead but I felt ready. There were 4 people in the Out Patient Group (OPG) and we discussed Choices. I had a poem that went along with it and the group went very well.
My groups by no means run smoothly and seamlessly, it is still obvious I am new but I get the job done and people seem happy when they leave. I like having projects and games but I need to work on keeping in mind that these are adults who don't need to be entertained the entire time and that there are other ways to learn. That if I had them read articals to discuss or watch an educational film or things like that those work just as well.

If you were to make a roster for a hypothetical SSB DS game, who would you choose (up to 25, 'cause I wouldn't be surprised if the DS could only handle 25 fighters)? For the sake of this list, I'll count fighters who take multiple forms (Zelda/Sheik and Samus/ZS Samus, for example) as one slot.
Also, I'm imposing a maximum of two third-party characters rule.

At 3am this morning Jessica FINALLY arrived. Her flight was due in at 8:30pm but delays pushed it wayyy back. While memories of our reuniting are fogged up by a sleepy haze, I remember a hug, belly pat and saying goodnight. This morning I was able to give a better hug and get a better look at my nephew to be. I tried several times to feel him kick but kept missing it. It is so hard to tell when is a kick and what is her breathing hard or when she laughs her stomach moves. I have 10 more days to feel the kid move though so I'll happen. I'll see to that!
Yesterday I ended up staying at the internship till 4 (even though I was hoping to be out by like 1 or 2) because when I did the intakes I didn't complete everything or messed up in a few spots. I still get a little discouraged when I do things wrong but LoLita reminded me that I'm an intern and I'm supposed to make mistakes. I know I know but looking back on the ones I made I see so many little ones that were obvious. It was my first intake though so mistakes are normal.
I was hoping to get together with my friend Nickolas but he wasn't able to get together because he was really behind on work. It wasn't a problem though. We had a fun lunch on Tuesday so I'm glad I got to see him again before he moved to Vagas. Who knows if ever I win the lotto (or have a desire to loose a lot of money) I'll go visit.
It ended up working out for the best that I didn't go out because I was able to go make chocolates for the babyshower on Sunday for Jess with Emily and A. They turned out soo cute. I'll post pictures after the shower. I took some yesterday but I want to post everything together.
This morning mom, Jess and I went to grandma's where Jon had made blueberry pancakes and I was able to meet my distant German cousin and her fience who were both very nice.
Tomorrow there is a party for them at Grandma's and the block party as well. Sunday is the baby shower so I've got a busy weekend in front of me. I am excited though.
