compound_rp. That RP in and of itself is an Alternate Universe but this is, amusingly, an AU for that.
Here, characters and muns can play out 'what if' sorts of scenarios. Such as, events that have already happened--perhaps how they might have turned out differently if so-and-so had done this. Or, as characters often discuss, what might happen if characters from one canon went to the home of another. Things of this sort.Kinda sounds like we have our own fanfic board. Haha!
This is also a board that anyone who wishes to 'test the waters' for a character they may be uncertain in playing on the main board. Before submitting an application--if someone wanted to test and be sure they were comfortable playing a character they had chosen, they could access the NPC account (ask in the OOC board for details on that), get an icon for that character and perhaps, put up a post in thecompound_club (the OOC board), asking for resident muses to go for a trial interaction and perhaps get feedback or just a personal feel for said character.
That is, of course, entirely optional.
