Those who write manga and publish it on their own have a hard time finding buyers, thats why I created a Lj community thats like comiket. Comiket is a convention in japan for selling and buying doujinshi or amature/self published manga's fan fictions and books. See the wiki here:

Here you can post info on your own doujin/manga, fan fict, or book and talk about making manga or doujin/manga ficts or books or other things that you made and that you love!
writers, fan ficton and those writers who want to pair up with artists are also welcome!!
If we all gather in one place to post our works for sale in a free posting environment then everyone will get a chance to reach more people with their finished work.

feel free to post your art or fan art and ask for comments -but please do use Lj cut for bigger picts.
You may also post links to your art or art homepage and deviantart pages.

Online manga and doujinshi are welcome of course ^^ Please use Lj cut if you post the picts directly or send links only -otherwise it might take some people a year to load the page! Also keep in mind content if you manga has adult content inform everyone this before they click to read ^^;; you'll get less complaints. example: Write something like this when posting.. here's my manga called blahblah (link here) WARNING CONTAINS ADULT THEMES or scenes.. whatever ya wanna call it.
This includes yaoi and yuri not just hentai.
while I'm not that note. If you want to post adult theme picts including nudity or too much violence or whatever please do not post the pict directly in Lj please post links only and add a warning about the content of the pict.

feel free to advertise your for sale original manga and doujinshi here but please be careful of information you give out in public listing. your name, e-mail, manga info and cost is fine but don't add in home address or phone number for your own safety. Other items are cool too like stationary you made and prints ..as long as it features your own art.

Feel free to chat about doujinshi, tips, technique even the things that inspire you like music, anime, fashion...whatever have fun make this place your own ^-^

ok and.. usual stuff don't be a jerk, no flaming Critiquing is ok of course but hey! your art looked like shit once too so don't discourage others!
don't spam everyone try to keep on subject when you can.
Please don't use offensive or disgusting icons while posting and replying in the community and keep cursing down why? cause it really f**kin annoys me when people say f**k every 3 words@

Anyway I'm hoping this community will be a fun and nice place for everyone.
