I'm sorry Danny, drawing your mask and tattoo drive me nuts. Actually drawing your entire costume is hard. And... Luke, somehow you lost your shirt (and half of your goatee? I have no idea what you look like now but I refuse to draw your tiara!), but at least you're not covered in goo? Or bleeding. Um.

I'm used to drawing the way more suggestive type of tentacle so this is a step back! Haha! Ha! Wait that's not a ringing endorsement, is it...

See, see, this makes the point perfectly. Sure it's kinda hot (uh, largely because the anatomy is so much better than the original cover) - after the five minutes of sputtering laughter at LUKE CAGE and DANNY RAND. WITH THOSE EXPRESSIONS. MENACED BY TENTACLES. I mean, it's ridiculous, and only remotely makes sense as a parody or someone's caffeine-addled late-night injoke. Not a canonical cover, jeez.

What? I never told you to read Heroes for Hire! (Er, though I do recall mentioning I was trying to read all of Iron Fist and my brain died. I think I rec'ed ... I don't recall recommending anything to you!) At any rate, sadly nothing like this as far as I've read, which isn't very, and the new HfH is a different team.

XD That is fricking awesome. The expression on Luke's face is just so-really, it illustrates everything that annoyed about the faces/postures of Misty et al.
As a fanart, its hilarious, and more than a little hot(Luke Cage has a yummy chest :9) Cannonically, it would never fly, because it demeans the character. I don't know the blond, but Powerman wouldn't just ang there, limp, wide-eyed and resigned to his natural fate. He would be smirking hotly in anticipation of kicking tentaculeASS.
But I bet you knew that. ;)
I'm going to ogle his chest some more, wondering how the fuck you did that. I mean, I think pectoral muscles actually look like that when your arms are pulled up that way...O_O
