| About: |  Life is but a dream. When we sleep, our mind runs wild, Endless places and endless faces are exposed to us. We can think, see, touch, feel just like the real world, sometimes even more intensely than we thought possible. But what if... perchance... A dream wasn't just a dream. Comfy Pillows is an RP that links various fandoms together by one common factor, their dreams. When these heroes and villains fall asleep, they discover themselves in a new, expansive realm, one with no true borders, and limitless possibilities, where their astral forms rule. These forms are sometimes rigid representations of their biological selves, or are sometimes more interpretive. However imaginary the image may seem though, the danger is real. To lose one's astral form is to lose one's mind's connection with their body. Death soon follows. And now, close your eyes and see everything. The Plot Players have been brought in by either The Nightmare Prince, or Nemo. Neither of them know who they're summoning, but they intend to recruit characters into a war of good versus evil in the dreamworld. Years have passed since Nemo battled the Nightmare King. He was destroyed, and his kingdom fell, causing the various minions to wander about homeless. However, before Nemo had reached him, the Nightmare King had sent for a young boy of Nemo's age to be retrieved as his own heir. This boy became known as the Nightmare Prince. He waited, biding his time until Nemo grew up a little, and dreams were not so common. Then he struck, somehow taking out the entire kingdom in one fell swoop. Everyone, the Professor, The Princess, the King, were all gone. Nemo was pulled back into the dream world through a nightmare, where he discovered what had become of his beloved dream world. Realizing he had no one to help him this time, he reached out in the same way the king had, pulling people into the dream world as they slept. However, he was not nearly as skilled as the king, and thus, heroes and villains alike arrived, and Nemo must find them himself, before the Nightmare king does.
