Hello all... sorry I haven't posted in a while: real life is being totally selfish at the minute! :D

I was just wondering - and you're not going to believe this - whether anyone could upload me Series 1 of the Boosh? Whatever episodes you have! Please?

Also, if anyone has them, either one of the two dvd interviews/outtakes.

I am doing this for a friend in Australia who is without Boosh and desperate to be! I have spent the morning cross-eyed trying to figure out how to get the stuff onto the DVD, now all I need is the stuff! :D

ANY help would have me worshipping you forever! :D

<strike>Killeroo
Mutants
Bollo</strike>
Tundra
<strike>Jungle
</strike>Charlie
<strike>Electro</strike>
<strike>Hitcher</strike>

xxx

I'm not really a big Bill Hicks fan but while listening to a comedy radio station this past week, I heard a part of one of his stand-up routines that I really, really want to get a hold of.

In between Bealzabozo comments, Bill Hicks expresses his distate for stupid people and brought up a story he had heard in the news about a man who suffered a snakebite. In an attempt to get revenge on the snake, the man tried to bite the snake back, thus suffering six more snakebites.

Does anyone know which of Bill Hicks' appearances or CDs this is from?

I'd be much obliged for the info, and even more so if you deigned to share it here.

Since this is my first post, I uploaded a funny dissertation on being "the ice box man" and general issues relating to food in the refrigerator by who I believe is George Carlin.
Old Harry's Game

Here are the first six episodes of Radio 4 comedy Old Harry's Game. For those that don't know, it is a comedy about the goings on in Hell starring and written by Andy Hamilton (a writer of Drop the Dead Donkey, and starring as Satan here) and is really rather good. You can expect the same satire that made Drop the Dead Donkey so brilliant, in handy mp3 'on the move' format...

Episode 1

Episode 2

Episode 3

Episode 4

Episode 5

Episode 6

N.B: Episode 1 is 20mb to the others 5mb resulting in a far nicer quality, but they're all perfectly listenable. I currently have 20 episodes in total, and if these go down well I'm happy to upload more. :)

For quite a few songs, I couldn't quite map them to a beat, so I just had to chuck 'em. (Not a criticism of the music, but of me and my lack of music skillz!) I also made a longer remix of Electro Boy based on what I did with it in the megamix... may post that sometime, but... it's not perfect... and would probably hurt your ears. :)

This is really nothing special, just an experiment gone either horribly wrong or frightfully well, depending on what you think of it! ;)

Have a great weekend, all! BTW - would anyone be interested in hearing a performance from a few years back by US comedian Jon Stewart (host of the Daily Show)? Let me know and I'll post it! :D

ETA a YouSendIt link. :)

Has anyone here heard of 'Still Game'? If not, well, its this amazing Scottish Sitcom thingamjig, that my whole family has become obsessed with. Its hilarious. Think Phoenix Nights/Early Doors with an element of the surreal, and full of old Scottish people. Well, young people dressed as old people. Ok, so I'm not really selling this, am I? But hardly anyone has heard of it; it deserves justice!!
