| About: | Created in 1994, Cold Cut Distribution is a reorder distributor for small-press, independent and alternative comic books and graphic novels. We purchase books from publishers, and sell them to comic book retailers in the United States and around the world. (We do not sell books directly to comics fans and readers, we only sell to retailers). Some of the publishers we carry include: Fantagraphics Books, Slave Labor Graphics, Viz Media, Pantheon Books, Drawn and Quarterly, NBM, Harper Collins, Andrews McMeel, Antarctic Press, CPM Manga, Bongo Entertainment, Little Brown, Sterling Publishing, Top Shelf Productions, Alternative Comics, Abstract Studios, Dr. Master Manga, AdHouse Books, and many more. I decided to create this livejournal community so that Cold Cut could have an official presence in the blogs, and a place where people could post questions or comments about Cold Cut. At the very least, you will find Cold Cut's Weekly Update here, plus the occasional announcement here or there, but not too frequently.
