Patrick Fields may teach the best-tasting course at Olivet College.
It's called "The Joy of Chocolate," and it's a one-week jaunt (for incoming freshmen only) through the biology, history, manufacture and myth of the popular cocoa confection.
I found this in my local newspaper today! This guy lives about 20 minutes away from me! Woot!
