This is a nifty French book from 1688, entitled 'Traitez Nouveau & curieux du Café, du Thé et du Chocolate.'

Even better, a scanned version is available online here! If you speak French, that is. I don't, but it's still pretty. There are some other interesting books on that site, too, some involving recipes. Some of them are even in English.
