Shadow people

Hi, if anyone can please respond to this I'd appreciate it & I'll try to make this short.
I was hoping to talk to someone that's seen shadow people or something like it and see if it matches up at all with what I saw.
I know I definitely saw something but it wasn't exactly like a Shadow person. I woke up (I definitely wasn't dreaming) and saw a humanoid figure that looked like it was kind of made out of space-time or something. It kind of rippled and faded into the wall like it had a cloaking device or just sort of dematerialized. I wasn't afraid of it at all and I just went right back to sleep feeling just dandy so I wouldn't mind seeing one again. I have a lot of peripheral sightings but I don't really think it's the same thing as what I saw that time. It was sort of like the descriptions I've heard of a shadow person crossed with something like what the Predator has. Sometimes I wonder if it was just a government agent with an invisibility cloak and not supernatural at all. It could have been some sort of hallucination but I don't do drugs or anything like that, plus it was very vivid and the wall that it kind of blurred into was about 15 feet away from me.
I've also seen this happen with a spider type creature, maybe it was the same entity.
Anyone else seen one of these?

These were found while at http://georgenoorysucks.com/ - which was advertised on a pirate internet-radio station i listen to that replays nothing but Art Bell (from an extensive library of very old shows dating back to before the Real Audio server crash that wiped out all the old FREE episodes we used to be able to get from artbell.com)

anyway, i thought this group might get a chuckle from some of these.. (spelling errors are not my own, i just copy/pasted the list)

The following is a list of documented George Noory quotes. Known as "Nooryisms"... these non sequitur quips and half-witted, meandering ramblings serve only to exacerbate my feelings of disappointment over what has happened since Noory took over Coast to Coast AM. If you happen to know of others and you can document when they occurred, please post them in a reply to this topic.

"Could it be a portal?"

***********

"I don't think there's any doubt."

***********

"Let me tell you even I have learned some things here I didn't know about."
From Jul 19 2007. I will give you one million dollars of the network's money, James, if you, in the next two minutes, can name all sixty."
From July 19, 2007.

***********

George Noory: "Dr. Leir's website is www.alienscalpel.com. Alien scalpel."

Dr. Roger Leir: "Well, you know me George, I don't try to scare people."

George Noory: "Yeah, with those fang teeth of yours?"
July 6, 2007.

************

"If you raised a baby and beat it and kicked it and yelled at it, it would turn out to be a mean baby?"
July 19, 2007.

************

"Jim, humanity has always been looking for ways to improve on our suffering and improve on disease, aging and involuntary death..."
July 19, 2007.

************

"You know, Ray, everytime I think of things in the future, I think of the Jetsons."
July 19, 2007.

************

"Well before too long we'll all be cyborgs won't we?"
July 19, 2007.

************

"I would guess your mind is part of who you are."
July 19, 2007.

************

"If you had a chance to go back to Skull and Bones right now, as a little fly on the ointment, so to speak, what would you be looking for?"

************

"Gosh!"

************

“I've been fascinated by this my entire life.”

************

“Al-ja-reeza.”

************

"Things are never as they seem.”

***********

“I should write a book. Billions are spent at the Pentagon on what you hear and repeat. The mainstream news is a psychotronic parade as the democrats bumble and the reporters comment as though they are on the Bush administration payroll.

The truth is not reported. The public responds as a story of importance makes breaking news only to see it squashed in the next 72 hours. Americans are asking for political asylum and you are not hearing about it.

The government is torturing American citizens who are Whistleblowers- myspace Darren Gelbard, youtube Monarch Katherine Moore, and DIA Topoff to see electronic warfare torturing a U.S. citizen in 2007. Or, for those of you who think these victims are conspiracy theorists, there are the ADS military tests on youtube, 60 Minutes, and CNN. People being hit out of thin air by a ray beam. For real!

Weapons that can harm or kill you from a distance, without leaving marks if the operator so desires, are being used on people in their homes. There are interviews with U.S. citizens who are victims and with a Baghdad surgeon in which he states there are bodies in Iraq he and his team of ten Doctors have seen that are being killed by..."No bullets, no shots..arms cut straight off...we don't know what kind of weapon it is." A Baghdad Orchestra player also stated he saw bodies where..."Only the face was burned, no eyes..and the teeth. The rest of the body was untouched.

The Washington Post released an article called Mind Games in which the victims of psychotronics and V2K described what it was like to have someone mentally and physically torture you using communications and electronic warfare from a distance. And Russia is trying to ban Space weapons after Congress changed the bill that would have banned psychotronics years ago. This is the most dangerous game. Weapons that no individual can defend themselves against. Weapons that manipulate people and that torture and can kill you in your home with no warning from a distance.
Tags: 60 minutes, 9/11, cnn, darren gelbard, holocaust, human rights, immigration, politics, space weapons, torture, washington post, white house

Current Location: United States

Americans are asking for Political Asylum...Why don't we hear about it?

There is no country in the world that understands propaganda more than the United States. Billions are spent at the Pentagon on what you hear and repeat. The mainstream news is a psychotronic parade as the democrats bumble and the reporters comment as though they are on the Bush administration payroll.

The truth is not reported. The public responds as a story of importance makes breaking news only to see it squahed in the next 72 hours.

Weapons that manipulate people.
Tags: 60 minutes, 9/11, cnn, darren gelbard, holocaust, human rights, immigration, politics, space weapons, torture, washington post, white house

The Woodinville Hag
A few years ago I was working for Sara Lee Fresh delivering bread from their bakery in Kent, WA. to various stops in the greater Puget Sound area. My first stop, was a warehouse depot in Woodinville. At the exit off state highway 522 to Woodinville, there is a pedestrian crosswalk that crosses the offramp where it meets the street. One night while exiting the freeway, I saw a person standing on the island waiting to cross, so I slowed down to a stop. As I got closer, I realized it was an elderly lady, and she wasn't moving. She stood there as if she never intended to cross, with her head facing forward and she didn't seem to notice me. I pulled forward slowly in case she decided to step out into the cross walk. As I came abreast of her, she suddenly looked up at me and stared at my face, turning her head to follow me as I passed. There was something in her look that was very disconcerting. It was a look that seemed both distant and penetrating at the same time. As I went further down the street, I looked in my side mirror and could see her silhouette still standing motionless on the island.

When I arrived at the depot, I told my friend Jorge about it. In all the time I was working there, I had several strange experiences that I could not account for. I often told Jorge about them, and some of them we chalked up to the flights of fancy that a person working alone on graveyard shifts will sometimes fall prey to. But some of those experiences were not so easily dismissed. We joked about the lady, saying maybe she was an escapee from a convalescent home, or an insane asylum.

As was our custom, Jorge and I decided to take a break and make a food run in his car before I took off for my next stop. We went up the street to the Jack in the Box and were heading back down the access road to the depot, when I spotted a silhouette walking up the side of the road. I warned Jorge that there was a pedestrian and he joked that it was the old lady. As we got closer, I realized that it was the old lady! It should be noted that this is not a major street, and there is no reason to go that way unless you are going to the depot. Just as we got close enough for her to be in the range of Jorge's headlights, she turned and stepped into the street, facing us! Jorge quickly swerved his car to avoid hitting her. As we passed her by, she again turned her head to stare through the passenger window at me. Her gaze was so fierce and yet so lifeless! I looked behind us and she was still standing in the middle of the road staring after us.

Both of us were shaken. We got back inside the depot, and debated what, if anything, we should do. I won't hesitate to admit that the old lady gave me the creeps! But then we suggested that maybe she was lost and needed help. Perhaps she had dementia and is wandering around unaware of her surroundings. We decided to set aside our apprehension, and go find her. We figured if she needed help, it would be wrong not to go and talk to her. If we found her and she seemed in need of assistance, we decided we would call the local police department. It had only been about five minutes since we returned to the depot, when we headed back out. We drove out onto the access road, and it was deserted. We drove up and down the road twice, and then decided to expand our search to the nearby streets.

She was nowhere to be found.

Addendum:

For weeks afterward, Jorge and I both kept a wary eye out for her in case she should show up again.

A few nights back, I was talking to Jorge on the phone and he told me he often has strange feelings working in the depot. The door to the warehouse is propped open with a two by four, and will usually bounce a few times when opened and closed. Jorge often hears the door even when no one else is there. Also, the bay doors will shake even when there is not so much as a breeze. He said he has pretty much come to terms with the presence, if indeed that's what it is.

I asked him if he ever saw the old lady again. He said no, but someone else had. One night several months ago, a route driver was coming in to pick up his bread and said that he saw some old lady out by the street. She was standing in the driveway by the gate inside the property line. He rolled down his window and asked if she was O.K. and she didn't respond. She didn't even look at him. He asked her again, and waved his hands around to get her attention. Well, she looked at him then, and he said later he wished she hadn't. Though he couldn't explain why, he said her stare turned his blood to ice! He stepped on the gas and pulled into the depot. He told Jorge about it immediately, and Jorge ran outside to see if she was still there.

Once again, she was gone.

Hey everyone...

I've temporarily joined this community because I'm hoping that some of you might be able to help me with a book I'm writing. It's a book about vampires, and in it, lots of people in a city disappear as they're killed by the vampires (some of them become vampires themselves, but the majority of victims just have their bodies hidden). The police don't really know what's going on, nor does the general public, and the news media don't want to commit to anything other than very vague speculation. The reader knows that it's all due to the vampires' activity, though, but there's plenty of denial to go around in the narrative.

What I would like to do is include a minor character who thinks that the disappearances are due to alien abductions and/or some kind of government cover-up. He's wrong, of course, but this is his perspective based on what he knows and believes. The problem I'm running into is that this story takes place in the mid-1980s. If it were to take place today, this character could be someone who reads all sorts of alien-related websites and is on conspiracy theory based listservs and such, but that stuff wasn't around back then. When I came up with the character, I thought he might be a listener of Art Bell's radio show, but my research into Art Bell revealed that he didn't start doing the paranormal stuff he's now known for until 1995. So that's out. In a way, this character is kind of like Fox Mulder from The X-Files, but a lot less cool. (If my story took place in the 1990s, he'd be a fan of the show.) He's an average, ordinary guy with interesting beliefs and theories, but no one wants to listen to him because they think he's too weird.

So my main question is this: How did people like the guy I'm describing exist back in the 1980s? Belief in UFOs and aliens dates back way before this, and I know that people who were into this stuff must have had some way to communicate and perpetuate their beliefs at the time. Were there newsletters? Conventions? I don't want this character to be a goofy stereotype with a tin-foil hait; I want him to be realistic. Was the Fortean Times around during this time? Would that be appropriate to mention? Were there maybe other radio shows at the time that this guy could have been a fan of?

I'd appreciate any insight any of you could provide on this. As I said, this is a minor character in the book, and I'd like to include him if I can write him correctly. Thanks!

It could eventually turn into a cry wolf syndrome, but I think that this is truly the last that we've heard from him because he's been through a lot in the last year and a half--after all, Art told all of us that suicide was on his mind and was damn near close from doing it.
OK, i've been too hard on George..

When he first got on board, I fully supported him - because he had some big shoes to fill -and I had high hopes. Plus, you know - he seems like a nice guy ;)

As time went on, certain .. aspects of his interview style began to grate on my nerves and I found myself back peddling a bit, even getting INFURIATED at some of the comments or questions he aiming at guests.

A few nights ago it finally dawned on me.

George's strength is in conspiracy/political issues. It's that simple.

When the subject matter is supernatural/paranormal, he's just a regular guy with a regular guy's opinion (ie, not an "expert" as we've come to know Art to be, in these matters). And I suppose a bit of jealousy on my part ("I could ask better questions than that! Why isn't he bringing up the blah blah blah or referencing the blah blah blah?").

But when he has a guest on where the focus is anything but ghosts/hauntings/esp/paranormal activity/etc - specifically when the issues are political, historical, war related, etc - George *really* does shine.

I still think he drops the angels and shadow-people bombs a bit much ;) but otherwise i've come full circle and think he's doing a good job. A GREAT job with the conspiracy/war/politics stuff.

I just wanted to say that out loud, because i'm guilty of bashing him in here in the past ;)

Food pornographers?

George is definitely in on this one, folks. There's no way he isn't. Great way for his show to get some publicity, I think. Last night's demonstration definitely re-affirmed my belief in that.
