The two new characters up are twins and you control them. You can either pick a girl or a boy, depending on (your sexual orientation in the game ^^;;) ← FukuJun implied that in his voice comment. The CV for the girl is Nato Mamiko and the CV for the boy is Hatano Wataru. In addition, there seems to be new characters as well (a teacher).... hmmm...

Sorry that's not what that's page saying... that's the news. Here's what the page's saying:

マーベラスインタラクティブは、2006年7月27日（木）発売のPS2『クラスターエッジ ～君を待つ未来への証～』の公式サイトで、6月5日（月）より出演声優のコメントを毎週月曜日に配信する。
Beginning from June 5th (Monday), on the official site of the PS2 game, seiyuu comment will be up.

　本作は、ファンタジーアニメ「クラスターエッジ」を題材にしたロマンチックな学園生活アドベンチャーゲーム。プレイヤーは公国の復興を目指す主人公となり、名家の子息が在籍する名門校「クラスターE.A.」で生活しながら、仲間たちとの親交を深めていく。

This game is a romantic school adventure game based on the fantasy anime "Cluster Edge". The player, who aims at rebuilding his country, enters the famous "Cluster E.A." where descendants of famous people are enrolled. There the player lives and begins interacting with friends.

　そして本作の出演声優陣によるコメントは毎週月曜日に更新が予定されており、第一弾となる6月5日（月）はベリル役の福山潤さんのコメントが配信される。そして6月12日（月）はゲーム版オリジナルキャラクタであるラピス役の能登麻美子さんとアウイン役の羽多野渉さんのコメントが配信される。

The seiyuu comment will be upped every Monday (planned) and the first comment upped is from Fukuyama Jun, who voiced Beryl. Then, next week on the 12th of June, the voice comments from the game original characters - Nato Mamiko and Hatano Wataru will be upped.

I see. Thank you for explaining.
I wonder why they decided to do it this way. I don't remember seeing any females at the Cluster academy and despite the slash, it doesn't have any kind of BL in it.

First of all, thanks Nanya for explaining so well ^__^ (Nanya is LUV)

Now, about what [info]flowermemory said about girls... Girls are not allowed at Cluster so in the game if you choose to be a girl you have to disguise as a boy ^^U Or so it said in the official page (who would want to be a girl anyway?! XD)
