Making a lot of noise with some fine releases on the Real Basic label, this is the debut UK release for Belgian DJ/Producer Stephanie D’Olieslager. First up is the original mix that is laid back, jazzy and very soulful, with some sweet live elements and a refreshingly original song delivered with style by the excellent Melissa. The remixes are by London remix team Tinderbox, who are label boss Alan Russell and partner Al Robertson. Their bass heavy ‘Vocal Remix’ is built to rock and dance-floor while still keeping the soulful vocal to the fore and they also serve up a tasty old school dub for those deeper moments.
