This is the clown syndrome community. (come on and get down with the syndrome.) this is a community for posting jokes, pictures, stories, songs, etc. etc. there are only two rules:

RULE#1: the joke, story, song, etc MUST be about a drunken clown with down syndrome, contain a drunken clown with down syndrome, or at least have the words "drunken clown with down syndrome" somewhere in it.

RULE#2: it must be COMPLETELY inappropriate, wrong, rude, fucked up, hostile, offesnive, mean spirited, or disgusting. a great tactic is to take a pre-existing racist, sexist, or fucked up joke and use "a drunken clown with down syndrome" as a euphemistic substitute for the original intended subject. because that's something we can ALL enjoy.
