WELCOME

This community was made for all of you who do more than just t-shirt reconstructions. This is where you can ask questions, get ideas, advice & tips, post about your latest creation(s), help others, get opinions and so much more. Remember to check the memories often for tips, how to's, and community updates. There are however a few rules and guidelines that will keep this a friendly and fun community. YOU MUST READ ALL OF THE RULES AND GUIDELINES before joining/commenting/posting. Failure to do so will possibly get you banned. We do delete posts, and We do ban people. There is no such thing as, "I didn't know."

1). Absolutely NO offensive/harrassing/threatening/immature/rude posts or responses. Constructive critizism is fine, just keep it polite and mature. If you don't like it, explain why. Don't just call it ugly and leave it at that. THERE WILL BE NO WARNING. IF WE CATCH YOU BEING RUDE TO SOMEONE IN THIS COMMUNITY, THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE BANNED.

2). Keep everyone's friend's pages in mind. Do not change the size and/or color of the text in your post(s). There is no need for it. If you are posting HUGE pictures, more then one photo and/or long posts in general, USE A CUT. Forgetting the cut will result in deleted post(s).

3). Check the memories, tutorials, the LJ FAQ's and the help pages for answers to your questions like how to post pics, how to edit or delete your posts or how to do anything accessory related BEFORE posting about "how to". People get tired of seeing the same posts about the same things after a while.

4). No newbie posts. They are pointless. Any posts souly introducing yourself will be deleted.

5). Stay on topic. On topic here = any type of clothing that you have made/altered. Hats, scarves, mittens, belts, bags/purses, etc are NOT clothes they are accessories. Visit/Join an accessory community for that.

6). Give us a fair warning and mention somewhere in your post if it is cross posted and where it's cross posted to.

7). No selling. Posts souly for selling will be automatically deleted without warning.

8). No advertising either. We don't care about your stupid rating communities. You're banned if you promote here.

9). DO NOT attempt to correct someone if they are tampering with the rules. It is not YOUR place to confront them. Just let us know who is doing something wrong. We will check it out and see what's going on. You will be banned if we catch you mouthing to someone about the rules.

10). DO mention (behind cut) how you went about making your finished product. You don't have to but it's definitely encouraged.

11). Find a reliable image host. We will delete posts that have red x's. There is a WHOLE list of ones that work and ones that don't in the memories. (Please let us know if you have an image host to be added to the good/bad list.)

12). Please refrain from saying you are ugly/fat/gross-looking, etc. If you are, we don't need you emphasizing the point. If you aren't, go fishing for compliments elsewhere. Thanks.

13). DOn't violate the Live Journal Terms of Service or you will be banned and reported to abuse@livejournal.com. Remember when you joined Live Journal you agreed NOT to upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that is hateful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, unlawful, harmful, libelous, invasive to another’s privacy, racially or ethnically offensive, or to "stalk" or otherwise harass another LJ member or community. If any user is reported to be in violation of the letter or spirit of these terms, LiveJournal.com retains the right to terminate such accounts at any time without further warning.
