This community is for those touched by closed adoptions—firstmothers and adoptees A lot of us firstmothers were forced to give up our children, some of us chose to do so under duress. Many of us adoptees would like to learn more, but cannot.
You are welcome here to share your story, discuss adoption issues and seek support.
Please feel safe and open in this place. If you do not agree with something that is posted, you can state your side, but please do not be hostile; it will not be tolerated, and you will lose posting rights to the community. Respect is a given.
