First the bad news: No DFN is not fully back yet, people are working on as we speak in order to get everything fixed , and the network with all its sites and forums to work properly once again.
HOWEVER, the good news is that a TEMPORARY forum has been set up. In this way, our members will still be able to chat and get all the latest info on DFN's status. I repeat of course that this forum is only temporary, and it is currently being set up, thus it might look a bit messy at first.
While everyone will be in this temporary forum, the fixing of the actual forum will be continued, thus whenever the good , old DFN is fully back, you will all know :)
So please, visit www.devotedfansnetwork.com/forum/index.p
That said, i would like to assure everyone that DFN is pretty much alive and things are being worked out, so as for the site to be as soon as possible back online. Unfortunately i cannot give a specific date and time, however we hope and this is the goal, for the network to be up within the next days.
Thanks everyone for your understanding. Be sure that , within the Clois fever we are living, DTCL and DTS along with everyone consisting them, are missed dearly by all of us.
Anyway, we had a new Clois episode, so cheers to that! Can't wait to discuss it back on our DTS boards :)
Bottom line is , there is no reason to worry, we are really sorry for the inconvenience, but everything is being done for the network to work properly. So , please, keep checking, soon DFN will be back full force!

This year, our favorite couple and archetype for all other couples in the comics universe, is celebrating 70 years of life. It was in 1938 that Lois Lane was first introduced in the Superman mythos, and ever since the portraying of one of the greatest loves ever began and keeps blooming till our days.
With the chance of the 70 legendary years of Clark & Lois, DTCL is holding a fanfiction challenge focusing on Smallville's Clois and how their relationship could be throughout the 7 beautiful and adventurous decades of their love.
Join us now as we unite love with fantasy, reality with fiction, Smallville with the past and celebrate with us throughout the upcoming months. Just say it with a story!
Theme
Choose one of the 7 decades of Clois love and write a story, setting the action in that decade. Since Lois was introduced only in 1938, the decades that can be used as prompts for the challenge are: 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000.
The main couple of the stories should be Clark Kent and Lois Lane as portrayed by Tom Welling and Erica Durance in Smallville. However, due to the theme of this challenge, the stories will tend to be more of AU.
>>>>Purpose of the challenge is to set up an environment that will actually reflect the decade you chose. This can happen in various ways, from a detailed description of the whole world around ( examples: World War 2, hippies, American life in the 50s etc) to just one element that will strongly remind the readers of one specific decade ( examples: Woodstock, a movie that was very popular in the 80s etc ) to even references to older Clois incarnations (examples: L&C in the 90s etc).
I've decided to sit down and create a playlist of my top 25 Clois (Clark and Lois) moments from Smallville! After a couple weeks of plotting and putting it all together, I finally finished them and put them up on YouTube in 5 different segments. Please check them out!
I recommend watching them in order if you can! I even included some "bonus" moments simply because I realized there was NO way to include all of my favorite moments; in fact I even had to cut some out even though I've got such a huge list already.
I hope you all enjoy the clips I've chosen! :)

"You know, when Smallville’s 100th episode “Reckoning” aired on 2006 near of 6.3 million people watched it. When the 150th aired (now 3 years later) only 3.81 million did. Granted, we are talking about different times and most important different networks. At the time the 100th episode aired Smallville was part of the WB, now its part of the CW which is the result of the WB and UPN merging. According with analysis when these two networks merged at least 1 million of viewers was lost. Mostly because The CW didn’t “inherit” the entire WB market. Example: If the WB was watched in five states the CW is now showing in 4, hence the audience for all shows will be lower cause not all the people has access to them anymore.
The CW started already with an obstacle: fewer markets = Less audience. They basically had two things to depend on: the already established audience that shows like Smallville. Gilmore Girls, Supernatural among others had it and Promotion.
Let’s go back to the Smallville case with its Milestones episodes. Besides the already pointed differences between both of them, there is another, one that it’s so important that the lack of it could sink a show in no time, once again Promotion.
“Reckoning” was started to be promoted before the 2005 Christmas Hiatus, the episode aired on January 26th 2006.
“Apocalypse” (150th) was started to be promoted, less than 2 weeks before.
Ok; we could argue that the Writers Strike that started on November 2007 and ended on February 2008 could have been one of the reasons why this episode was overlooked and almost null promoted by the network, it was not even written by that time. So with less time to write less time to promote."
Dunno if it's OK to post this kind of stuff here, but I figured who better to share it with than my fellow "Guardians?" ;)

With that in mind, the Clois fandom, after an initiative of Divine Intervention, decided to support even more the actors Tom Welling and Erica Durance, as the more suitable ones for the upcoming cover of the magazine. Tom and Erica deserve this cover, they came first after in the SCI FI categories, they both portray an epic couple that this year celebrates 70 years together, they aren't making covers together often and everyone knows how all their fans (us) worked hard to put them on the top of that poll. Also, it might be a good opportunity for a new photoshoot of them together.
Now it is time for us to collect. Since the categories are many and since this will be an editors' choice, it is still unsure if Tom and Erica will make it to the cover. They have though great chances for that. And these chances we came here to support and make them a reality.
On Friday morning ( EST time ) Clois fans from all over the world , will be sending e mails to the TV Guide, explaining why Tom and Erica are the best choice for the cover. The e mails will all focus around a whole list of arguments Clois fans have put together, but they will still be personalized. However, they will all be signed in the same way, to show to them that this is a united effort by many fans who really care and will buy the cover.
So, for more information as on how you can support the cause, you can visit Divine Intervention
You are also more than welcome to come and discuss this with us as well in Devoted to Clark & Lois
