Carville elaborates on his "Judas" comment about Richardson, names names.
Hey there y'all...I'm still here, just preoccupied with our new puppy (he wears me out!). But I'm still following everything/reading articles. I just thought this one was a good one.
BTW if you haven't seen it yet, Carville is in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. We watched it last night and I wasn't expecting to see him in it, LOL (he plays the governor of Missouri, I believe).

The saying goes that if you're looking for a friend in politics, get a dog. But it does seem that Richardson's behavior was extra-slimy, even for a politician.
How do your cats like the puppy?
Well, he doesn't bother the oldest cat (icon) because I trained him not to. He is afraid of the largest cat (Chudley, LOL) because he's twice his size, weight-wise (hieght wise he's just a little bigger than he is, but he whines whenever he's near him...such a wuss). Chudley just wants to love him, the poor thing. The bitchiest cat stays away from everyone, but the puppy seems to get along best with the "kitten" (10 months old) because they're near the same age (pup's around 8 months old), so they play together and the kitten grooms him. XD!
"There are elected delegates, caucus delegates and super-delegates, all for different reasons, and they're all equal in their ability to cast their vote for whomever they choose. Even elected and caucus delegates are not required to stay with whomever they are pledged to." - Hillary Clinton to Newsweek
Well, since Hillary Clinton did say that delegates, including super-delegates, can change their minds, Bill Richardson merely decided to do follow Hillary Clinton's advice. Maybe Bill Richardson decided that it was best to go with someone who didn't make up stories about their "experience".
That was a good movie wasn't it? I didn't realize that was James Carville until you said that... how I don't know.
I always spot him immediately because he's just got that weirdly distinctive squished in face, LOL. Of course, I had to look it up on IMDB to make sure, but I was right. He's a great actor, too.
The only thing I didn't like about the movie--and many critics will disagree with me, but I don't care--is Casey Affleck. I dunno, I just don't think the Afflecks are as great as everyone says they are. Casey just seemed like he was stuck on the awkward dialogue instead of flowing with it (particularly at the beginning of the movie). Eh. >_> Personally I would've preferred Shia Laboeuf in the role (which they said he was up for). Casey to me looks too old and Shia looks like those old photos of Robert Ford (he had a baby face, bigtime).
Is he freaking kidding. Here is a man who misrepresented himself as being a Clinton supporter and you expect me to give him a break?
"That should create pause for those who consider Clinton"
No it creates pause in considering Obama - if these are the kind of people who endorse him, I don't want him.
Richardson is like those a-holes who say they love Clinton and they believe she'd be a great president but then turn around and say they support Obama. Oh, I have another post about THAT (but I might post it at 2008_elections).
Richardson was a different case - he was a superdelegate representing himself as a Clinton supporter to every one and then suddenly switching allegiance to Obama. That alone is a pretty Judas moment and when you add the fact that he owes his career to the Clintons - well loyalty sure isn't his strong point.
I for one, admire at the very least that Carville is willing to stand behind his comments. They were pretty extreme, but they express what he feels and believes. I feel like all Obama and his people do is claim they/he has been misinterpreted whenever he says something horribly rude, disturbing, wrong, or in his favorite words "bone-headed."
I think Richardson feels like Obama's going to be the nomineee and is fishing for a cabinet post. I for one don't really give a crap about Richardson, given his pervitude towards women (I believe Taylor Marsh had something about that up on her site). He's disgusting (way more so than Bill C. XD!!!), from what I read.
But now that he's done something you don't like, the "kitchen sink" (as a Clinton campaign aide has called her campaign's attacks on Obama) is now being scoured for anything useful to denigrate him.

The news just hasn't been good.
She's been caught with video evidence for lying about NAFTA.
She's been caught with video evidence for lying about running from sniper fire multiple times in prepared remarks, then blaming it on sleep deprivation - but of course we have to believe that she'll be ready at 3AM for an important phone call.
She's been belittled by a Nobel Prize laureate for being "a wee bit silly" in claiming to have brought peace or negotiated peace in Northern Ireland.
She's been making up tall tales: a 35-year-old who managed a Pizza Hut and actually had health insurance...becomes a young, uninsured minimum-wage worker.
She's been "fighting for the voices of Michigan and Florida voters" but recently tried to poach North Dakota pledged delegates who each represent thousands of voters who voted for Obama.
Yeah, defend that, Clintonites!
SAN DIEGO!!!!!
Please come out and support
Thor Emblem and Tracy Emblem in theElection of District-Level Delegates at the California 50th Congressional District Clinton Caucus
It will only takes a few minutes to change the course of history and here’s your chance:
In exchange for only a few minutes, you can help decide who will be President for the next four years!
Who Can Participate: Any registered Democrat in the 50th Congressional District may attend this caucus vote for Clinton delegates. If you are not already a Democratic voter, you may register on-site as a new Democratic voter. You may arrive and vote anytime after 2:00 PM but before 3:00 p.m. You are not required to stay for the entire time, but must be in line by 3:00 PM to have your vote counted.
BE A PART OF HISTORY - VOTE FOR YOUR DELEGATES
You can be a part of making history this year by participating in the local caucuses to select delegates to attend the Democratic National Convention. I think we can all agree that we have already waited too long in this race to know who the Democratic Party’s Presidential Nominee will be and since the Delegate Counts have been so close, the matter will have to be determined at the DNC Convention in Colorado. Voting in the caucus is particularly important in ensuring that the delegates you choose will be present to vote for the Presidential candidate you support.
Based on the % of votes in the Presidential Primary for 50th Congressional District the allocation for Clinton Delegates are as follows:
2 Male, 1 Female and 1 Female Alternative
There are only a few delegate slots. You will have the option to vote for more than one candidate of each gender to become a delegate, however by doing so the vote count will be watered down and your candidates could lose by a single vote.
I encourage you to vote for Thor Emblem only as the male vote and Tracy Emblem only as the female vote.
Only means, don’t vote for anyone else or you water down the vote and your pick might not win.
When: SUNDAY, APRIL 13 (TOMORROW)
2:00 PM - DOORS OPEN SUNDAY
3:00 PM - SPEECHES AND FINAL VOTING BEGIN.
Where: CWA Hall 1525 Simpson Way, Escondido, CA 92029
Directions: From North County Faire in Escondido:
Take I-15 N, Exit 9TH Avenue - Turn Left, Proceed straight on Auto Parkway, Turn Right on N Hale Ave, Turn Left on Simpson Way and go to the end of the street; it will be on the left side of the street.
Thank you in advance for your support and we’ll see you on Sunday, April 13th!
