AboutThis community is for posting vintage photos or illustrations that are clean (family friendly).
~ I do not accept pictures of nudes or people in skimpy or immodest clothing (this includes bathing suits, unless they're Victorian or early Edwardian). No homosexual in nature photos. I'd like innocent, family friendly entries. Entries will be checked over by me before they are posted.
~ Bloody or scary photos should be under a cut with a warning.
~ Photographs should be at least 30 years old (except for rare exceptions, like photos made to look as if they were taken back in time). New paintings and drawings are allowed if they are based on vintage photos or ideas.
~ Try to make sure to post things that you hold the copyright of, are in public domain, or you have been given permission to post.
~ This is not the place for movie screen caps.
~ If you're posting more than one photo, please put it behind a cut tag.
~ Please do not post huge images (generally less than 200k, and no larger than 700 pixels wide or high). No more than 15 photos per post, please.
~ No profanity or rude behavior, please. (Profanity includes harsh/crude words and using the Lord's name in vain.)
~ Please specify in your post whether you will allow your pictures to be used for icons or graphics.
