So, I have been putting some thought into how to put lolcat speak into Latin. To be more specific, the phrase "DO NOT WANT."
NOLO is the obvious choice, but it has the unfortunate fact of being grammatically correct. NOLI or NOLITE might work, but those are 2nd person imperatives and I think that DO NOT WANT is implied as being a first person singular.
So, let's go back to nolo and make it incorrect. Would NON VOLO work? Not entirely incorrect, but at the same time not?
And, yes, I am aware that I have been putting entirely too much thought into this. But what do all of YOU think?
