LJ's rules state that there can be no trading of illegal material. So please don't ask where you can download episodes of your favorite show. And I don't see this being a problem, but please be cordial to each other.
Icons, banners, etc should be under an lj-cut for loading purposes.
Please do not promote sites that have nothing to do with the community. If you just created a community for Garden State that's fabulous, I love that movie - but don't promote it here. If you created a community for Sabrina, the Teenage Witch or Melissa Joan Hart, that's fine because they at least have something to do with Nick.
Posts don't neccessarily have to be on-topic. I know other communities get frustated with off-topic posts, but that's okay here, unless it becomes a problem.
I'm in the process of revamping the site - if anyone knows how to make layouts for non-paid sites (if that's even possible) please send me a message.
