| Seeking Tokyo Babylon/X:1999 writers |

Since it's been a while since there's been a lot of "organized" activity for Tokyo Babylon and X:1999 fans, the ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) x2009 community is preparing to kick off a blind fic challenge. The challenge is to create a fic, at least 500 words long (no upper limit), exploring the theme of "Ten Years Later." Writers may submit up to three fics.
Sign-ups are currently underway for the challenge. Rules are listed here.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! Sign-ups are open until Aug. 6. Even if you don't feel like writing, we're encouraging people to participate by commenting on the fic. The mods would also appreciate help spreading the word. |

So, my best friend and I were talking earlier, and came up with an interesting plotbunny for Cardcaptor Sakura. Neither of us is ambitious enough right now to write it, so we thought we should post it here and see if anyone else got interested. =) Besides, with all the Holic and Tsubasa fics around, a little bit of old school CLAMP can't hurt.
The Bunny: What if things were reversed, and reserved, quiet Yue was Guardian of the Clow, and Cerberos was the Judge? How would this effect Sakura as Cardcaptor and the general flow of the story?
The Challenge: Write the above scenerio, pretty much however you want. =D Major bonus points if you still manage to work Yukito in, and NOT as Judge Kero's false form.
The Call: Anyone who wants can try this challenge. My one request is that you either comment here with a link to wherever you post it, or email me with said link. =) Crys and I like this bunny, we'd like to see how it gets played out. |

The problem with seducing one's best friend, he decided, was that none of the usual methods worked. If he handed Suoh flowers, Suoh figured they were for the office and went looking for a vase and put them on Nokoru's desk. He couldn't very well open doors for Suoh, because Suoh felt that was his job, as Nokoru's bodyguard.
Best not to think about the attempted candle-lit dinner. At least Akira and Utako had gotten some use from it in the end.
