Week 194: Descriptive Colour

This is clamp_icontest, a weekly themed icon challenge dedicated to all works produced by the manga team, CLAMP.
I am your moderator wildmusings, if you have any questions or what not, just ask. I do request that you please join the community first in order to participate.
Information
The rules are simple: don't cheat and don't cause drama. This is about having fun, being inspired by new themes and improving your skills... not about winning. No sore sports please and be nice to the other members.
How it works is every Saturday morning you get a theme and you have until the following Saturday morning to make a related CLAMP icon, host it on an outside server and submit by commenting to the designated screened post using this format.
Please note, the icon must not be used, displayed and/or distributed elsewhere until after the winners are announced to avoid bias. All icons will then be renamed and rehosted to maintain anonimity.
At this time the voting post will go up and all members will comment with their three choices for Best Overall icons, in order of descent (first, second, third) as that is the order points will be awarded in.
The basic rule is to vote for three icons, but never vote for yourself or for an icon more than once, otherwise your vote will be disqualified. More info is provided with each post.
On Sunday all votes will be counted, the winners (first, second, third & moderator's choice) and anonymous rankings will then be announced sometime after.
Banners will be posted by the scheduled bannermaker at a later date and archived here.

The theme for Week 195 is Reach. You may submit one CLAMP icon provided it somehow relates to the theme. You are not limited to using the actual word itself; you can use a variation of it, one that is similar in meaning or a related term. You can also use phrases and images that reflect the theme.
Please submit your icon by uploading it to an outside host that allows direct linking, then leave a screened comment to this post with your icon, url, series and character names (or object/location description instead, if applicable). Also include any additional information and/or specific resource credits that you may have used.

Submission Rules
Do's
- You must be a member to participate, one icon per person (excludes multiple accounts)
- The icon must be made by you, this includes not stealing icons or copying tutorials
- Your icon must feature imagery from a CLAMP series (anime/manga) or artwork
- It must meet LJ requirements (100x100 and 40 kb or less, gif/jpg/png format)
- It should be recently made to fit the theme and kept anonymous/secret throughout
Do Not's
- Do not use/distribute/advertise your submission publicly/reveal your identity
- Doujinshi/Fanart/Cosplay images are not allowed, you must use official art only
- Refrain from using any sexually explicit imagery or overly coarse language
Other's
- Please credit outside sources (e.g. brushes, textures, bases, lyrics, quotes)
- You may provide translations/definitions (e.g. foreign languages, tiny text, large words)
- If submitting an icon variation to a current & anonymous icontest, check with both mods
- If you change/edit your submission let me know so I can replace/upload the right one
If something is amiss with your submission I will reply/inform you of it and give you a chance to either resubmit the icon or fix the comment depending. It is at my discretion to disqaulify you for failure to follow these guidelines.
You have until Saturday, July 26th at 8:00 AM EST in the morning to submit.

If you are interested in volunteering to help make banners for this and other icontests, then submit an application here with some samples of your work.
Due to previously mentioned circumstances beyond my control, there is no theme this week. I will resume running challenges as soon as I have reliable Internet access of my own, which hopefully won't be very long from now. Once again I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as well as thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.

My apologies for the delay. Long story short, I haven't had Internet access since last Friday afternoon and was unable to put the voting post up any earlier than this. Since I'm home for the weekend I'll do so now, but I'm going to hold off announcing a new theme until everything else is settled and I have a reliable connection of my own. Not sure how long that will take, but I promise to have this community back up and running asap and thank you for your patience.
We have 4 wonderful icons for the Descriptive Colour theme, thanks to those who were able to submit. And now it's time for all available members to cast their votes. Please vote if you can, whether you submitted an icon or not, as the more votes we receive ensures more accurate results. Every last vote makes a difference so I'd really appreciate it if you could take the time to cast yours.
To vote leave a screened comment to this post with the numbers of your 'first and second' choice icons that you feel are best overall, in that order because that is how the points will be awarded. Here is an example of the proper voting format. Just make sure I can differentiate which of the three chosen icons are first and second.

Voting Rules
'Do's'
- You must be a member to vote, one ballot per member (excludes multiple accounts)
- You must vote for a total of two icons (no more, no less) or your vote will be discarded
- Vote for the best/most appropriate icons overall, not your favourite series/character/etc.
'Do Not's'
- Do not vote for your own icon or feel obligated to vote for your friend's icon
- Don't vote for an icon more than once... I'm not sure why you would, but just in case
- Do not reveal your entry until voting is closed or pressure people to vote for you
- Do not create multiple fake accounts to cheat, I check IP adresses and account status
If you accidently vote for the wrong number of icons, vote for the same icon twice or vote for a non-existant entry then I will reply to your comment asap and give you a chance to revote. Otherwise if you break one of the rules chances are your vote will be discarded and/or, depending on the offence, your icon may face disqualification. It is at my discretion to discard suspicious votes.

Voting will close Sunday, July 13th at 8:00 AM EST in the morning; bit earlier than usual so I have time to announce winners before I leave later that night. At that time a public comment will be appended to the voting post and no late votes will be accepted afterwards, so please vote by then. Once voting is closed, you are free to publically display/distribute your entry as it will have no impact on the results. Winners will be announced sometime after depending on my schedule.

ATTENTION: If you are a past winner from before we made the change to using CB and the banner set for your challenge was never completed, please go to this post where you can request your banner(s) and either myself or any available former bannermaker that wishes to assist me will claim then complete it within 48 hours of doing so; don't forget to reply when you have picked it up though. This is the last time I will mention that post here, so please comment asap or I will assume you no longer want a banner made. I may still fill late requests, am tracking comments, but I won't be checking back at the post too frequently now.
