Hi, my name is Katie and I am requesting your help for one of my school courses. It's called Honours Liberal Arts, it's an off time-table course that basically consists of writing a very long essay on a topic of your choice. The only requirement is that is has to be something that ties in:

History, economics, and if at all possible law.

Oh, did I mention that there is a $12 000 [possible] scholarship?

Now, I can write an essay pretty good, it's the topic I always have a problem with so if any of you have any ideas...I would be really appreciative. Even if it's just a vague idea that I can work off of.
