Why yes, this -is- another claims community. I am yet to see one like it though, but that doesn't mean you haven't.

Here LJ users can claim whatever turns them on...people, body parts, songs...anything they can think of.

Try not to claim dumb things though, like pig's snot. Don't think anyone would buy that one. Just make real claims, m'kay?

To make things simpler, both for me and the claimers, I've divided the claims into four categories:

- A person
- A person's bodypart
- A song
- Other

With "a person's bodypart" I mean a particular person's. Like Madonna's nose or whatever.

And here comes the fun part!

Rules

1. Three claims per user. If you link to the community in your userinfo with either text or graphic, you get four. Make a graphic and you get two more! That's a total of six. Note: This doesn't mean three claims in each category, just three claims total. Post an entry saying you've done so, so I can check on it.

2. You may only claim two things in each category, just so people don't show up and claim four people or four songs. Isn't that fair? I think so.

3. Join the community to claim, and post in the community's journal. Not in comments. And to keep your claim, you must remain in the community. Leave and you lose everything you claimed.

4. Always check the claims list before joining! And preferrably the most recent posts as well, just to make sure no one has already nabbed whatever you'd like to claim.

5. Please state clearly what you're claiming, as in giving me both the title and artist of a song, and a person's full name.

6. About the "Other" category, you can claim whatever you like. Articles of clothing, piece of furniture, a type of food...whatever rocks your boat. But nothing too stupid, okay? As tongue-in-cheek as this community is, let's at least be civilized.

7. As for "People" and "People parts", you can claim -anyone-. Including fictional characters. For example, if someone's claimed Johnny Depp's bum, feel free to claim Captain Jack Sparrow's bum. Some may think this sucks, but I think it's more fun this way.

8. Show some manners and follow the rules. That should make everyone happy. :)

9. If you don't read the rules and it shows when you post in the community, I will call you on it. And your claims won't be valid until you've replied back, acknowledging your mistake.

New rule:10. Sometimes it can be hard to decide if a claim should go under Parts or Other, so to make things slightly simpler I'll make the finally decision. Hope that's alright with everyone.
