The Claims List will be seperated into five main categories:
People -- movie/T.V. stars, fictional characters, singers/members of bands, LiveJournal users, real people [first name and at least last initial], etc.
Music -- bands, songs, CDs, etc.
Books/Movies/T.V. -- T.V. shows, movies, books, things from those, etc.
Quotes-- phrases, sayings, tag lines, words, etc.
Miscellaneous -- emotions, rocks, people's belongings [tattoos, body parts, canes, hairstyles, etc.], clothes, etc.
Rules:
1. You must be and stay a member in order to make and keep your claims.
2. Two claims per person. Two extra claims if a link is placed on your userinfo page

3. That's up to four claims per person. Not per username. If you're caught trying to
----claim more things under a different username, you'll have all of your claims revoked,
----and you'll be banned from the community without warning.
4. Claims must be posted in an entry to the community [don't know how? Click here].
----Claims in comments won't be accepted.
Claims should be posted in the following fashion according to the category your claims go under:
People: Person's Full Name/User Name
Music: Musical Claim [band/song/CD]
Movies/Books/T.V.: Entertainment Claim [movie/book (include author)/T.V.]
Quotes: Quote Claim - Quoter
Miscellaneous: Miscellaneous Claim [people related/other]
6. No flaming other users just because they were quicker than you at claiming
----something.
7. If you delete your journal, you have approximately two days from when I see that
----it has been deleted to notify me if you've got a new journal, or your claims will be
----BALEETED.
8. If the above circumstance arises, and you want to change your claims over to a new
----username, state what claims you made under your other username along with your
----new username.
9. If you don't want to make all of your claims at once, when you come back to claim
----more, tell me what your previous claims were.
10. Claims may not be shared, nor may they be changed, though dropping claims is
----allowed.

[x] Please be fair and try to avoid using all of your claims under one category. Spread

[x] When claiming book/movie series or bands, you may claim a whole band or an entire
----book/movie series, but if someone else wants to, they may claim a single book/movie
----from that series or a single member from that band.
[x] If a book has been made into a movie [Lord Of The Rings, for example], two different
----people may claim the book and movie versions.
[x] Be sharing. If you've claimed something a million times in other communities, give
----someone else a chance to claim it here.
[x] Advertising is allowed, as long as you're pimping another claims community.
