Yo, new management here. The name is Ree. Nothing has changed; and I will soon be making a site for this community. One step at a time. Just so you know, I will not make your banners for you and the rules haven't changed any. They are as follows, if you please:
The rules:
01] You can claim any celebrity (that isn't taken; see the list).
02] Don't fight or you will be banned without warning.
03] This is just for fun, so no rude comments, nasty im's or emails.
04] Bare in mind rule number 3; you are not really claiming these celebrities. You're sick if you think so.
05] If you claim a character of an actor, put the actor AND character's name.
06] If someone claimed an actor's character, you can still claim the actor OR another character of the same actor's. As long as you don't claim the same character.
07] You can only claim one celebrity.
