| Welcome to the First Branch of the Central Library! The Central Library has a long and illustrious history of providing rare and unusual texts to the people of Amestris. There are tomes of knowledge here, ancient histories and new lore, fiction and non can be found within our hallowed walls. Comedies, tragedies, and of course let us not forget the romances. I invite you to browse our selection at your leisure, but a library card is in fact required in order to view these books. We ask that you respect the texts and their content. The library does not appreciate books being checked out and left out carelessly. If you feel the need to share the wealth with others, please be sure to remind them that the books they are reading can be found here. Most of these books were actually purchased at common booksellers, and we do encourage you to seek out your own copies if you enjoy the texts within. It is meant as a compendium of doujinshi for fans to sample, to discover artists and doujinshi circles they might not have come across otherwise, and to share the love of fan-made artworks. Some of these doujinshi are scanlated - translated into English by loving fans who wish to make these works known to others.Distribution Policy .zip files are free to be distributed across the internet as long as they are unaltered. A linkback to the Central Library - First Branch is appreciated but not required. Unzipped images of the scans can be posted anywhere, but PLEASE LINK BACK TO CENTRAL LIBRARY. This is the default distribution policy. If another librarian has a different, personal policy it will be noted in their indiviual posts. Please respect their wishes and their hard work bringing you these scans. Age Policy You must be 18 years of age or older to view the adult material in the journal. If it is discovered you lied about your age to view materials you will be banned without any warning. This is a moderated journal, you must be approved for membership. Scan Donation/Librarian Status So you want to become a librarian, eh? Librarians have access to post their own doujinshi scans to the community, as well as various other duties.
