AboutDo you want an RPG about the politics of war? About trials and corruption? About back-stabbers and spies and demagogues and the occasional hero?
Then welcome to Civilitas! This is a Harry Potter RPG based on the Ministry of Magic during a time of great upheaval—the first rise and fall of Voldemort. Beginning on January 15th, 1981 (and June 15th, 2003), this will chronicle the conflict of the wizarding world in general and the Ministry of Magic specifically over the year of '81. Eventually the "death" of Voldemort and the subsequent trials will be covered as well.
In order for you to join, you really should find politics and/or this period of time interesting. While we encourage relationships among friends and lovers, they are not the focus of the RPG. (We are, by the way, both slash and het friendly.)
