Tonight I am hosting a Barracuda Strike Force on Infinity.

Levels 45-50, 30 merits, Arbiter badge*. Meet at the feet of the giant Lord Recluse statue in Grandeville proper starting a few minutes before 9pm ET/6pm PT.

*Which really, is one of the most awesome badges a villain can get.

Anyhow, everyone should bring a pack of Shivans, and if you have time a Chem nuke from Warburg. (One of the other nukes may be nice too, but I think Chem would be the most beneficial for the final fight.)

I will be on the lord of nightmares, Dark-stream. I am hoping for a balanced team, right now there are already 2 Brutes planning on attending (as the players only have level 50 Brutes), so if you have something other than a Brute you would like the badge on, please bring that to start.

Evil LLC is hosting another Strike Force on Virtue this Saturday, and this time we'll be taking on Silver Mantis' Strike Force. The level range for this is 20-25, and is worth 38 merits and a badge.

We'll be starting at 8 PM Eastern on Saturday, and meeting in Evil LLC's base.

I was just looking through some of the various gaming sites, and I came across this page, where this artist has painted various oil paintings of various video game locations.

Anyway, he is selling prints of these paintings, and two of them are from the Mercy Islands. You can see all of the prints here. There's one entitled "Port Oakes" and another "Mercy Island Docks". I thought that some people here might be interested in seeing them. His other paintings are also pretty nifty.

Besides Leadership and Fitness, what would be a good power pool for an MM? (Note that this character is a "non-super" human, so I'm not giving him any transportation powers.) Also, who offers the best patron powers?

After a bit of a letdown with the Lord Recluse Strike Force last night, Widow and Bane Skull Bhunny decided to have one more go at Statesman...and this time, were successful!

They were then unfortunately left juuuuuust short of 50, but a few PPD later, finally celebrated their ding to 50! The final time on their ding was 156 hours, accomplished in a bit less than 8 months.
